Just focus on getting all your stuff ready, and leave Chris and Pedro do the professional work on moving day. You just give them the basic rules, and they will follow them thru, making your day goes by fast, and with little hard work on your behalf. They are not called Tender Touch for nothing: all of your furniture and boxes are treated as if they were theirs, so you can rest assured this is a service worth paying for

Our move was a real challenge. We had our car broken into that morning and were dealing with the repair when Freddy, Joe & Chris arrived right on time. They were careful, quick, and friendly. We made multiple stops and they even made an unscheduled stop while we were waiting for the new house to close. They were very mindful of taking shoes off and using the rubber runners in the house, and they even had a laugh with us as we made fun of the Rogers TV guy who left his muddy boots on and tracked dirt on the carpet and got yelled at by our parents! All in all, they put in a hard days work, were really flexible and all of our stuff made it to our new home safe and sound. Very reliable and excellent to work with.

As I was packing yesterday, I was listening to CBC radio. The topic of discussion was "Moving horror stories." As I listened to the details of shady moving companies, I felt sure that I would not become another horror story. I was not wrong. Elvis, Chris and Pedro are all gentlemen. They showed that with their sensitivity to the fact that my 85-year-old aunt was moving from her home of 53 years. To say that they were courteous is an understatement. Professional beyond belief, careful, hard-working and fast are a few descriptions that come to mind. Please extend our thanks for a job done that exceeded our expectations. I will happily recommend Tender Touch in the future.

My wife Sandra and I were dreading our move to Markham. Just the thought of transporting our heavy wooden tables, bookshelves, a piano and armoirs from three different locations in the Greater Toronto Area to our new Markham home raised our anxiety levels. Confiding to a friend about this operation, Sandra wondered how to make it happen. Her friend who had moved not long before suggested that we use Tender Touch movers. These folks were supposed to be experts in their field. Sure enough, from the moment Tender Touches' Mike, Wayne, and Peter pulled up in their truck to our first location to pick up three pieces of furniture to when we waved good bye to the men, we were calm and assured that furniture was and had been in safe hands. Mike, Wayne, and Peter were courteous and professional. They padded and wrapped our items, laid runners on all floors, put together the furniture they had to disassemble and were a true pleasure to deal with. They even gave us great tips on how to maintain our furniture. Both Sandra and I recommend them to anyone who is about to move. Whether you are going near or far, Mike, Wayne and Peter will make your life a whole lot easier.

I booked my first move in years (and my first with a professional moving company) with Tender Touch after seeing the reviews here and getting a recommendation from a co-worker. My entire experience with Tender Touch was wonderful and stress free. Justin at customer service was very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly. On the moving date, Phil and Wayne arrived on time and handled the move carefully and efficiently. It was clear that they were both very experienced and took pride in a job well done. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

I have used Tender Touch movers in the past. Always top notch professionals - ever so careful with my Antiques and fragiles. I can literally package up my worries, and give them to Tender Touch because they take care of everything. I was very impressed with the service I received from Tender Touch Moving. From the moment I called their office and spoke to Maria to the day the movers arrived and all the way to completion the service was fantastic. Maria in the office was always available to take my calls and was very prompt with her e-mail responses – sometimes even after hours. Maria offered great advice including what I needed to do to ensure a smooth move. Elvis and Pedro arrived before 9am and Elvis took the time to complete the pre-inspection with Security and explained the entire moving process to me – even before the work started. I found both guys to be friendly, professional and respectful of the time. My stuff was moved to a storage unit and the guys helped to organize it for easy access. At the end Elvis explained exactly what I was going to be billed for and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend using Tender Touch Moving for all of your moving projects and I’d especially like to thank Maria for the fantastic customer service she showed to me throughout my entire moving experience.

The guys at Tender Touch were very helpful. We were moving from a house to a downtown condo - so we had a lot of stuff to consolidate into storage. Everybody was very friendly and worked hard. They were patient and listened to our preferences. The movers took care with our items - with no damage to any of our items. We will definitely look to them again when we need assistance with a move.

We just moved with the help of Tender touch on the recommendation of our daughter who had used them twice. We downsied from a 9,000 sq. ft. home From the beginning to end, packing to unloading, the experience was wonderful. They were punctual for both the packing and moving. The staff was very professional and easygoing; everything arrived without a scratch even though we had some very heavy pieces (baby grand piano and all glass 7 ft. curio cabinet) and many paintings. Our reno contractor said he had never seen such a large move done so well and said he would definitely be recommending them to his clients. We highly recommend Tender touch and would absolutely use them again.

The people at Tender Touch were superb from start to finish! From Maria, who did my booking and gave great advice about how many movers to have and what size of truck, to the men who did the actual move, they were invariably courteous, patient, helpful and caring. They took excellent care of every item, and treated me with great kindness and patience when the sheer stress of moving threatened to make me snap. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent move that's as painless as it can possibly be at a very fair price!
