We are so happy with the excellent service provided by Justin, Jason, Phil and Moe. The booking was quick and most impressive was the time estimate which was bang on. Phil and Moe were efficient, attentive and careful. In the past whenever we hired movers, it either went overtime or items were damaged. Not this time, we only have good things to say about Tender Touch.

This would be our first major move, where we felt we'd need some professional assistance. After some investigation and requesting various quotes, we decided that Tender Touch offered the best bang-for-the-buck. The communications between ourselves and Maria Botelho were clear and quick (after an initial "glitch" on their website, which at first didn't accept our request for quotes), with no hesitation in her responses, when we needed more details. Finally the day of the move rolled in, and the crew - Mike, Pat and Elius - arrived precisely at the scheduled time. They were fantastic: very professional, organized, energetic, good-spirited, asked all the right questions and patiently answered all the questions we had for them. Our stuff, small and large items, was treated with care - nothing was thrown around. All items were delivered to the right rooms and floors, as we had marked them. The carpets and floors were protected, no walls got scratched or banged up, even though they were working lightning fast! Very smart management of the truck load - the guys worked perfectly as a Team. Considering that we were moving to a home with a lot of stairs, we thought the move would take much longer than estimated, but they took exactly as long as predicted, with no "dead" time. All in all, we were extremely happy with this crew in particular - Mike, Pat and Elius, and the company in general. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

This is the third time my husband and I have used Tender Touch Moving! They are amazing: polite, enthusiastic, friendly, reassuring, hard-working and careful. I would absolutely recommend Tender Touch to anyone who is moving. Our belongings arrived at our new home undamaged and our moving crew was so friendly!

I congratulate Tender Touch for being lucky enough to have such great employees as Justin and Wayne. As I write this review I'm trying to find a flaw with their service... Nope, I can't find one! I hate moving; most people do. But I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Tender Touch. Thanks to Maria who arranged my move and thanks again to Justin, Wayne and the other member of the crew for their great work.

We decided on Tender Touch for our cross country move based on reviews, which were consistently excellent, so much so that it almost seemed suspicious to me. However, here I am writing another glowing review. Maria contacted me very quickly, and provided a very detailed estimate. I was in Edmonton for the move-out, and my partner handled the move-in at the other end. Both of us had the same story- the crews were super fast, friendly, extremely careful, professional and efficient. Every single item was itemized, wrapped and reviewed with me on pick up and again on delivery. In fact, we had a sofabed dropped off the day before the delivery and those guys caused more damage to our walls moving one item than occurred moving the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment!! The price also came in significantly below the estimate, which was a huge bonus and relief for us! Moving across the country is s potential nightmare, but this team couldn't have made it easier for us. Thanks so much!

First of all, I dealt with Maria on the phone to arrange the move. She was very informative and gave me confidence that this was a good moving company (after all the moving horror stories I read about other companies). On the day of the move, I was lucky to get three great movers, Patrick, Joe and Pedro. Each of them were extremely hardworking, friendly and focused on customer service. I was very impressed that they wrapped every piece of furniture before moving it, ensuring there was no damage to the furniture. I paid around $1500 for moving from a 3-bedroom condo to a house. I will definitely use them again because I've had some bad moving experiences prior to this. Thanks Patrick, Joe, Pedro and Maria!

We moved across Toronto in April 2011. We hired Tender Touch and were thrilled with the service. Three men arrived - Wayne, Wade and Peter. They were professional, fast, easy to talk to and diligent about keeping our furniture and possessions safe and secure. I couldn't have been happier with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I expected the move to be stressful and horrid, as most moves are. With these three guys around, it was pain-free and stress-free and was actually a fun day. They were fantastic.

I am always extremely satisfied with the quality of service I get from Tender Touch Movers, from the first phone call to the last interaction with the movers. I will never use anyone else but them to help me move.

I can't praise this company highly enough. They were simply wonderful! Movers arrived on time, were uniformed and extremely courteous. They took great care with our belongings. We have some extremely fragile belongings and nothing was damaged. My only complaint was that the final cost far exceeded the original estimate and we were not prepared for the extra expense.

Tender Touch was by far the best moving company I have ever dealt with and they made our move effortless. All of our stuff was treated with respect, and so well protected. The crew was not sure everything would fit in the truck, and had a backup plan in place just in case, but after the first few items went on, they were sure we'd be okay, and they were right. Phil, the crew leader, was always one step ahead and he was not only a good mover, but he was a great people manager. Pedro and Pat were friendly and efficient, and not once did I worry about what they were doing with my stuff. The price was worth every penny, and I highly reccomend Tender Touch to anyone who wants a stress-free moving experience.
