This is the second time I've used Tender Touch and they were fantastic. My crew (Wayne, Demar and Justin) were on-time, polite, careful and efficient. Nothing damaged or lost. Would definitely use them again!

10+. We used Tender Touch and had a totally Stress Free move from the Beach to Oakville. The guys arrived on time, were friendly, efficient, careful and at the end of the day, on budget. They made sure we were happy with where everything went and were not in a rush to leave. I am VERY impressed and would highly recommend using them for your move.

We were referred to Tender Touch by our real estate agent--and they were simply exceptional! First, they actually FOLLOWED UP with us, showed up right on time and took exceptional care with our belongings. Moving can be a very stressful expereince, but the crew we had made this as painless and seamless as I could have imagined. Justin (the team leader) was one of the most considerate people I have met. We were kept up to date on progress, advised of delays and they even contacted the office when they realized we had more stuff then they anticipated to get another person on the job. Simply OUTSTANDING!

Booking the service was easy - Maria explained everything well and set the expectations, and then the three movers delivered fantastic service. They were on time, extremely patient, very efficient and helpful. Bonus: the final bill came in just under the quote - how many times does that happen?! If you are moving personal items and furniture that you care very much about, I would highly recommend these guys. They wrapped every piece of furniture and placed smaller breakable items securelt into lined boxes. They also put floor coverings down so as not to make a mess of the premises. The two young men were both big and strong, but also polite and very respectful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tender Touch to others.

We had a difficult move ahead of us. We needed 95% of our belongings moved from the west end into a storage facility in the north end (we couldn't use Tender Touch for storage because we require year-long access to our belongings) and the rest was coming with us to a condo in central TO. Needless to say, we were anxious and exhausted. Enter Tender Touch. We were provided with a complete estimate beforehand, and there were no surprises. What did surprise us was the speed, accuracy and care the movers took with our belongings. Big pieces were wrapped and padded, the truck was organized perfectly and the movers were courteous, professional and experienced. There is a reason that many people in my father's company have used Tender Touch and recommended them so highly. One or two odd bits were broken in some of our "fragile" boxes, but I think some minor damage is to be expected in any move. They wound up finishing before the estimation and the savings was mine to keep. I would definitely use this company again. Special thanks to Mike, Nick and Elvis!

Movers arrived on time, assisant was late so company didn't charge me until both arrived, they wrapped all of my items including plasma TV carefully and were very polite. They explained everything they were doing and covered my stairs.

Hi Maria, I just wanted to thank you and to let you know how pleased I was with Fred & Philip's work today. They were punctual, friendly, responsible, and efficient . . . not to mention cheerful. Once we had done a quick assessment of the items in the house, they jumped to work and loaded up quickly. They worked carefully with all of our items . . . nothing broken or damaged. They did many little things without being asked, such as taking empty boxes to the recycling room on their way back to the elevator. I especially appreciated their professionalism when we ran into some elevator problems at our destination. They made the day go very smoothly for me. Thanks to you & the team.
