This was the first time I used a mover (after many years of breaking my friend's backs and rewarding them with pizza and beer)... All in all it was a good experience. The crew was efficient, ensured that our belongings were safely stored, and handled the 3 pick-up location variable with total ease. I can't say that I was blown away, but it was a good experience. I would consider using them again...

very thoughtful. even when faced with some difficult circumstances, they came thru. had to take out a window in order to get aroiund a tight hallway and all was successful. they were friendly, efficient and careful. good start to finish.... thank you guys!!!

Wish I could remember the names of everyone involved in getting me moved, but Elvis, Peter, Freddy and everyone else on the crew, down to dispatch and the order taker did a fantastic job on a very stressful day. To make a long story short; I had to cancel the movers I had hired and find another mover for the same day. From the time I called at 2:30pm Tender Touch managed to get a truck to me by 4pm and I was out of my old 1bdrm and into 1bdrm by 7pm. Awesome work all around!

We contacted Tender Touch to move us a second time and were very satisfied. We would recommend the company to anyone who is planning a move. The guys were professional and easy to work with.

Derek, Elvis and Pete made the recent move of my brother's estate smooth and stress-free. They were efficient, friendly, extremely careful with his stuff, and really made the move a pleasure. (Even if that's usually an oxymoron!) I would definitely recommend this company - from Maria in the office (who provided an accurate quote within 24 hours of receiving the information we supplied online) to the moving team. The guys arrived as promised, and everything proceeded like clockwork from that moment on. No damage, no problems - I wouldn't have believed a move could be this easy. Even the large armoire made it up the tight staircase without incident. Great service - I would definitely use Tender Touch again, and may even have them help me with some smaller internal moves. My furniture shifting days are over after finding a resource like this! Thank you everybody at Tender Touch.

I have moved several times over the last few years and have had good and bad luck with movers. I would sometimes have a great mover then the next time it would be a horrible experience where the staff was inconsistance. Tender Touch is different, they are all well trained. I used them after seeing the phenomenal job they did at my friend's place a couple months ago. They are consistant and insisted on doing everything the right way and they knew the right way to do it all. They were also super fast and accommodating in a very stressful situation when the loading dock at my building was locked, and the elevator was not ready when they arrived and they had to go around the whole building. Prompt and well trained. They actually exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend for their great service and consistency and price!

This is the third time I have moved in the GTA with Tender Touch Movers since 2001. They arrived right on time, were prepared and friendly, they were super accommodating and went to great lengths to ensure that all my belongings were protected and that my move was a stress free as possible. They worked efficiently and even finished early, thereby saving me some money. Would reccommend to anyone!

Ended up paying a lot more than I expected. The inventory process is quite lengthy and not all 3 movers are productive for the full duration yet you pay for their time as though they are productive

Tender Touch Moving was great. Wayne and Elvis were the movers on this day, and were helpful, courteous and professional. They explained in detail all the charges, and were very careful with all items being moved. I would highly recommend this company and will to all my friends.

Thought I'd be able to pack everything up in 3-4 days but unfortunately, my back started acting up. Decided to give "Tender Touch" a call to see if they could help me finish the job. They had a crew able to help me out on short call, and Wayne and Derek did a great job for me! I know they put in a long day, but I was very appreciative of their willingness to go the extra mile, and the work they did was top notch. Thanks Tender Touch. Quality work.
