    Solid company

    We have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. They provide a great service, calling every year to book chimney cleaning. Work has always been done professionally and on time at a very competitive price. Great customer communication.

    Quick to respond and super efficient

    Adam was super courteous, professional, and friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way. The price was what I was quoted, no surprises. I've used them twice this season and would 100% recommend them and use them again.

    Great Service

    From the inspection Adam did to the work Henry and his team did, it was a great process. Top Hat's team showed up on-time, removed the chimney as discussed, capped the inside and cleaned up after themselves. The bill was exactly as promised, no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

    Chimney Sweep

    Top Hat was very accommodating and professional when it came to arranging my chimney cleaning, and the appointment went very smoothly, with absolutely no sign of any mess. They noticed some issues with my fireplace and recommended some repairs, which they provided a free quote for. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to have a chimney cleaning done or needs any chimney repair.

    Chimney Cleaning

    The best in the biz. Prompt, tidy, friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service. I believe these guys have been around since the 70s!

    Chimney Rebuild

    Chimney needed replacing. Top Hat sent Henry and Ernie. They were superb and did a beautiful job. If we could give a higher rating, we would.

    Chimney repair

    Would like to thank Adam and his team for a job well done. Needed chimney repair as bricks were spalling due to years of freeze and thaw cycles. Top ten layers of bricks were replaced as well as the concrete cap. All work was completed in less than a day with no inconvenience to myself or my neighbour. Area was cleaned up so I didn't even notice they were there. Would definitely recommend. Bert V.

    Amazing company and service

    Amazing service!!! I emailed for a quote and received a response on a few hours! Katie was so helpful and they had availability in a few days. The technician arrived in the time slot provided and was done so quickly!! He was professional and extremely helpful. The service and price was impeccable!! I read great reviews and love that they are a family owned business. 5 star all around!!!!

    Always Excellent
