    Chimney Cleaning

    I have been using Top Hat Chimney sweeps for more than 10 years now and I cannot recommend them more highly. They send me thoughtful reminders every year that the cleaning is due! The booking service is friendly and convenient. The cleaning itself is top notch with any repair needs (current or future) being outlined. Once they are finished, it is so clean, you would never know they were there. Hence why I keep coming back, they feel like family.

    Periodic Chimney cleaning

    Every year or so we have Top Hat Chimney to clean and inspect our fireplace and chimney. We've been using them for years, they provide a wonderful turnkey service. We are very satisfied customers. Phil and Felicia

    Chimney and Wood Stove Repair Work

    Hired Top Hat Chimney to replace the bricks in my wood stove. Fantastic job done by Sam and Mike. So great that I hired them to repair the chimney; fabulous job by Sam. Hired them to clean the chimney and Greg was fabulous. Top Hat Chimney is now the company I'll call for any wood stove or chimney-related issues. I'm ready to burn for the winter so bring it on!     Fireplace Chimney cleaning and inspection

    Convenient and timely scheduling with work completed on schedule. Clean and courteous service performed in a professional and skillful manner. We appreciated the recommendations made and plan to hire them annually going forward.

    Chimney Repair

    With winter quickly approaching and stuck at home due to COVID-19, I thought it would be nice to repair a working fireplace this winter. After consulting with a few companies, I decided to use Top Hat Chimney to repair my chimney and install a metal liner. Mike from Top Hat Chimney was knowledgeable, explained the process which made me comfortable. Ultimately, I decided to go with Top Hat Chimney, not only because of the reasonable price to repair my chimney but the great customer service. The work on the chimney was done quickly, the staff was pleasant, and they left my home clean. I am happy I went with them to repair my chimney. Even after the job was done, Mike was still responsive to my inquiries which speaks to their great customer service. I am so happy that I know it's safe to use my chimney this winter.

    Clean and inspect chimney

    We contacted Top Hat just before Christmas and they were able to squeeze us in within a couple days. Greg came a did a great job, offering me the chance to inspect the chimney before and after - which was very eye-opening and helpful. He also helped solve a long-standing water issue and gave great advice on how to resolve the problem. Outstanding customer service!

    Talk about customer service

    From the moment I contacted Tophat it was pure customer service at its best. Greg was the tech and he shared "fixes" and "best practice" with us. Clean, knowledgeable and friendly. So good that we are having them do service to our chimney and annual chimney cleaning.

    Chimney Repairs

    Our Chimney (for wood-burning fireplace) sustained damage from a direct lightning strike to our house. We had a large hole in bricks and interior damage to ceramics/flue liner which was a concern as a potential fire hazard and air flow issues. Top Hat Chimney tore down and rebuilt the exterior and interior of our chimney from the roof line up to original height with new bricks, ceramic tiles for liner and replacement of a new concrete cap (bird/critter proof) They were able to provide a perfect match to our existing bricks and visually seamless repairs. The job was completed in a day. Very pleased with the quality of work and courteous professional service of the crew! Highly recommend Top Hat Chimney!

    Took a while but work was awesome

    Their quote was the lowest of the three that I priced for an entire chimney rebuild, it was actually cheaper than a repair. They were backed up due to COVID, but then a couple of very respectful gentlemen showed up and rebuilt it in 1 day. Left the property immaculate, everything back in its place, no dust or residue.

    Chimney sweeping

    The technician that came to do the chimney sweeping was very knowledgeable about fireplaces. They also took a quick look at the chimney from the outside of the house to assess its state. I would hire them again.
