    Best company for chimney cleaning

    We have used Top Hat Chimney Sweeps for many years. They are reliable and trustworthy. Their Sweeps are friendly and knowledgeable. They service our chimney every year and ensure that it is in safe working order. We highly recommend them.

    Top Hat Chimney

    I've used Top Hat's services for over 15 years. I leave my key under the doormat and they take care of the rest. Alway excellent service. They will always be my go to chimney cleaning service.

    Chimney Cleaning

    Greg has sweep and inspected our wood stove liner many times over the years, He takes his job very seriously, shares his finding with the customer and cleans up, taking the soot with him. I highly recommend this small family business. BarbM

    Chimney Inspection and sweep

    This is our first time using Top Hat Chimney. We live in a fieldstone house built in 1860 with 2 fireplaces. Adam, our technician, assessed both chimneys and gave us a clear and honest assessment of each one. A bit of a good news/bad news situation. My husband and I felt confident in the knowledge that Adam left us with a plan going forward to rectify the one chimney that had deteriorated and seemed unsafe to use. We look forward to working with Adam and Top Hat Chimney in the spring.

    Chimney sweeping

    I have used Top Hat for several years now, they are always fast and efficient. Really good service. They also inspect the fire box and make realistic recommendations at very reasonable prices.

    Chimney Cleaning

    I was totally satisfied with Top Hat's service, AND their COVID-19 protocols to protect both their workers and their clients. In advance, I received an email detailing what was to be expected, including all personnel are fully vaccinated, masked, and respect social distancing. He showed up on time and completed the service. I'm grateful for this company's professional service with utmost respect for the health of their workers and clients.

    Chimney flue repair

    Outstanding customer service. Bent over backwards to meet our chimney repair needs in a timely manner. Very Professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Highly recommend Top Hat as an organization that is truly customer focused and does excellent work!

    Chimney Cleaning

    For many years, we have relied on the excellent service and quality of work offered by Top Hat Chimney Sweeps in keeping our firebox and flue clean and safe from any potential hazards each year.     Chimney sweep

    I’ve been using Tophat for many years. Always arrives when he says and provides service as promised. Last time he came he pointed out a potential problem with a new window that was installed that I would not have noticed. Really appreciated that.

    Annual chimney cleaning

    Have used Top Hat since 1983 when we bought our house. They do annual cleaning and inspection. a few years ago they identified a deteriorating cap and replaced it for me before we experienced serious water damage to the chimney. We have same cleaner each year and he knows our house layout and type of fireplace / chimney. The annual booking is easy and they are always on time. During COVID they followed all protocols / provided advance notice of process and cleaner followed everything exactly. Felt very safe during visit. Work is always done well and carefully with no mess. Highly recommend their work.
