Wen we clean a dryer vent, or any other exhaust vent, it is very important to make sure that we access the exterior cap to make sure that it is clear of obstruction and in good working order. Hi Steve, We greatly appreciate your time in writing in about your experience with us. Its interesting that you mentioned your past experience with a groupon company because daily we give out estimates to potential customers that compare us to groupon deals. Companies operating on groupon or through telemarketing agencies are the worst investment for your home. Most of the time you end up paying more than a professional company would charge because of hidden fees and they will often leave your system in worst shape then if you didn't bring them in at all. A simply google review of those companies would certainly save many people a lot of head aches. I am glad to hear the you decided to hire our company and that we lived up to you expectations.
