    A/C repair

    Our A/C stopped working and we called Maple air to come at 9pm and when the service tech came he was very polite and found the issue right away, he had the part in his van and even did a full service to make sure the A/C unit was working without any issues. He stayed to make sure nothing else was wrong with the unit. Thanks

    Reliable efficient service

    I bought the 2 year contract. So far I have had one service and it was very thorough. The service person explained everything that was done. A1 service

    Air conditioning service

    My air conditioner stopped working and I needed service. I pay into the monthly plan and its fantastic as they came to repair the unit at zero cost great service as always.

    HVAC annual maintenance

    Maple Air provides excellent HVAC maintenance. This year, we had our gas furnace, tankless water heater and ductless air conditioner serviced. It addition, our heat pump and gas fireplace were checked to make sure they didn't need servicing again this year. Neal always does a very thorough job of explaining the servicing he's done. He also takes the time to explain how to properly operate and maintain our HVAC equipment. He and other Maple Air staff have helped us to maximize the efficiency of our heat pump. Neal and his colleagues are true professionals who we admire for their skill and who have earned our trust.

    Fantastic Experience through and through!

    Of all the local heating and cooling businesses in my area, Maple Air was very prompt, professional throughout, and when on-site (both for doing my tankless water maintenance or installing a brand new furnace) they kept you in the loop as the work was on-going. I would highly recommend this company for any of your immediate heating and cooling needs.

    Heat exchanger blower malfunction

    Although 3 hours behind schedule, Neal was pleasant to work with and diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor. He happened to have one so he installed it. All is working now.

    Tankless water heater replacement

    Maple Air replaced our Bosch tankless heater. They communicated with Bosch to get a replacement free of charge amd got $400 installation credit from Bosch. Got the replacement in a few days installed. Great company to work with.

    Amana ASXH3 Air Conditioner install

    I had a very positive experience with Maple Air. The sales person Alex was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was a complex job because of all the requirements that my condo board insisted had to be met. Maple Air provided me with a quote which described all of the work to be done in detail. I found that to be very professional . Other HVAC companies I contacted just sent over their sales person with laminated pamphlets or just a scribbled down price for the install without formerly writing down all of the work to be done. The ac install was handled professionally. The price included 10 years of labour with the 10 year parts warranty. They also have fairly priced maintenance plans. One of which I signed up for.
