I had a hot water tank installed by maple air Emanuel did an outstanding job.

Booked a free AC tune-up under the Ontario Save On Energy CoolSaver program as Maple Air is one of the approved contractors in the GTA. Our communication was easy enough via text but I had to follow up on two occasions to arrange things when replies didn't come back in a timely fashion. Once booked, things went smoothly. Emmanuel arrived in the window provided and kept me up to date on his exact arrival time. He was professional and careful to remove his shoes in the house. He was thorough in checking that the system was working okay using some wireless probes to check the intake/output temperatures. He offered some helpful tips about my HVAC system even though I was just getting the free service and cleaned the outdoor AC cooling fins as well with a can of spray cleaner.

I had 2 thermostats to install. First attempt was to use a firm recommended by manufacturer. This went horrible as the service provider was not versed in HVAC and quickly told me it was not doable. As the manufacturer was reasonably sure that the installation was possible I did my own research and found Maple Air Inc. I do not know how this could have turned up any better. First, Maple Air did a complete review of the project remotely with information I provided. They asked questions of the manufacturer and advised that the installation was indeed possible. An appointment was set up in one business day and a two man crew arrived on time. Heshmat and Prabhdeep were courteous and very knowledgeable of HVAC nuances. They reviewed the HVAC unit did some preliminary testing and then installed the first thermostat within 30 minutes or so. They aided me in setting the unit in the manufacturers app and pairing the device with Apple HomeKit. The second unit was installed in half the time. They tested switch over from cool to heat and left me feeling that this was a top notch installation. I would not hesitate in recommending Maple Air and their expert technicians to anyone needing such work. Simply a wonderful job.

I realized my HVAC had leaked a lot of liquid. I called Maple Air and got through to someone immediately, and later that day they sent Neal out to diagnose. He found the problem, fixed it, tested it, and looked at a few other things while he was here. He was friendly and gave helpful advice on maintenance. I'm very satisfied with the timely and professional help and the fair price.

No one enjoys having HVAC problems, but when you do, it's great to have Maple Air on your side. Our central air conditioner recently failed. Neal came promptly the next morning, and while it was disappointing to learn that it was more economical to replace our AC unit rather than repair it, Neal took the time to explain the rationale and each option. Reza was very thorough in answering questions we had in selecting our replacement equipment, and took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our decision. And knowing our tight schedule and the hot weather forecast, he arranged for an expedited installation appointment. Finally, making an unexpected and expensive experience less painful, Farshid's crew was prompt, respectful and very efficient in the installation. We value knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring service - and for HVAC have found that in Maple Air.

Our A/C stopped working and we called Maple air to come at 9pm and when the service tech came he was very polite and found the issue right away, he had the part in his van and even did a full service to make sure the A/C unit was working without any issues. He stayed to make sure nothing else was wrong with the unit. Thanks

My air conditioner stopped working and I needed service. I pay into the monthly plan and its fantastic as they came to repair the unit at zero cost great service as always.
