We had Maple Air install a new furnace, heat pump and water heater. Initial communication was great but after signing the contract it went downhill.
First problem was when theyd come. They initially said it was 2 days of work, but the first day they did not show up until 11 am without any communication about being late. They ended up finishing it all the same day, but kept working until 8.30 pm which wasnt great. Their clean up was also poor with lots of sawdust left all over our basement and grease on some furniture stored in basement.
In the summer, weve had issues with the capacity to cool our top floors. When reaching out, their customer service pointed out various reasons that could cause that, none of which is their fault and all of which require them to do additional cost at our expense. Before signing the contract, we specifically asked about the system having enough capacity and were ensured this were the case and that if not the one year 100% satisfaction guarantee would cover it. When mentioning that guarantee, it was then described as being a warranty on their workmanship, which was already covered by separate warranty clauses with longer durations. Its been silence since pointing that out to them.
Overall, theyre great for service and pretend to know what theyre doing well, but if you have any issues they dodge all responsibility.
