    Relocating a/c lines

    Maple Air was very prompt in returning my request for service. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They tested the system to ensure that it is functioning properly. They also followed up in a few day to ask if everything is working well. I am very satisfied with their work that was done.

    Heat Pump/Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Maple Air staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Supervisor was on site early to scope out job and instruct staff. I was kept abreast. At the end of installation, staff explained the functioning of my new products. It was a big job and required 2 full days. They stayed late to get it done.

    furnace and air conditioning replacement

    Maple Air replaced both my furnace and central air conditioning units. Their installers were "EXCELLENT"; very professional and thorough! They respected my home, and were very careful, during the installation, and with the clean up, afterwards. The price was competitive, and I felt confident, to deal with them. The Sales Representative was very knowledgeable, and gave me a feeling of confidence, to deal with Maple Air!

    Spring maintenance on my heat pump

    I join the maintenance program for the services on my furnace and heat pump. The service mechanics are polite, courteous and on time They do an amazing job and explain everything they have done Would highly recommend this company for their services

    Furnace and A/C inspection

    I am very happy to recommend Emanuel, the Maple Air technician, who inspected my furnace today. Not only was he very polite, but also knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. Maple Air installed my heating and cooling equipment a few years ago, and I am pleased with their follow-up service and maintenance. This is a trustworthy company!

    Air conditioning maintenance plan

    I installed a dual heat pump two years ago And a single heat pump in another area. Home has 4 3 units total New dual system approx 10k Follow up is this companies strength. I joined annual maintenance program at approx 60.00 monthly. Neil has serviced the units and does an amazing job. He is punctual, courteous, and knowledge. Farzad sold us the units. Great followup. Everyone is super professional. I highly recommend this company and its maintenance program.

    Maple air has an exceptional service. From the start to their maintenance. Their Customer Service team is very kind and responsive and their Technicians are respectful. We kept their monthly maintenance package for this reason. Trustworthy team. 100% recommend their business to others.

    Air conditioner cleaning

    Neal did an excellent job cleaning my air conditioner unit. It hadn't been cleaned since before I moved in, and I'm relieved to know I'll breathe clean air this summer. He was thorough and professional. I suggest confirming with the company at time of booking whether you need maintenance or a deep clean, as the deep clean requires a longer appointment.

    Furnace maintenance

    Hamid is very helpful, checking the humidifier filter while checking the furnace filter. He comes back to replace both filters the following day after checking the type of filters required. He also explains how to monitor the humidifier, which I appreciate a lot.
