This was our first experience at Parks. We live in Burlington and we were referred by a friend. We purchased family room furniture and had an excellent sales representative, Barbara. She took the time to help us choose the fabric and colours and also gave us decor advice. She was very good at keeping us updated on our furniture delivery. We will be back and we have recommended Parks Furniture ...and Barbara to our friends.

Furnished my livingroom and i got the lowest prices i've ever seen! I was worried that with the low prices it would show in quality but the furniture is spectaculaire. Showed up in a decent amount of time with no issues at all. I will definitly shop here again, especially now that ive becoming a member for life!

Park's Furniture is a terrible place to shop. The sales staff are insulting, and paid commmisson, which shows. They bombard you at the door. I particularly have issue with the store manager, Lori, who treats her staff terribly and has an air of "better than thou" that follows her. You can see the staff arguing over customers, and making snarky comments in front of potentially paying customers to one another. On top of that, our shipment took 6 months to come in. SIX MONTHS! There always seemed to be a hold up and we lived without dining furniture for the duration. I would never in a million years recommend this company, even for the price.

I had a wonderful experience at Parks Furniture. All the staff were very knowledgeable and polite when helping me choose the right products for my living room home reno. I would definitely recommend Parks to any future friends or family members when renovating their homes.

The customer service at parks furniture was amazing. They were very helpful and we got what needed fixing right away. Lore was my sales person and she got everything we needed and was always there to help when I called.

The hamilton location is beautifully set up and wonderfully run. The salesperson that helped me was extremely helpful and nice not to mention the amazing price i paid for my furniture. It has a more personal touch compared to any leons or brick which makes the atmosphere really comfortable and relaxing

Have been going to Parks furniture for years. Wow cant say enough about the prices !! Took only two weeks for delivery. No one else could match their prices (not even close). I will be back for sure and definitely recommend this company.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews, but I can say my experience at parks has always been great. I have purchased a sofa and mattress from parks in the last two years. Each item I picked up myself. Their prices are great, and I received my product with zero issues. My sales person lore was most excellent. I recommend to all, to visit the store and check out the prices themselves.

I purchased 15k plus of furniture and appliances from Park's in June 2015. My washing machine was making some noise and I called Frigidaire for warranty repair to find out my appliances were manufactured in 2009 and out of warranty. I purchased a washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher. When I purchased these items I was told they were Brand New last years models that they were no longer carrying. I was sold the items for what they said was COST less 15%. I was NEVER told they were that old and out of warranty ! When I contacted Park's I was advised they would not do anything about it. They told me I got a deal on the appliances... After much research I learnt that what COST was at there time of purchase I could have purchased a BRaND NEW current model for... WHO would ever have purchased these appliances knowing the facts.. NO ONE! The owner Patrick Gabriel never bother to call me only corresponding by email. I was reasonable and asked them to offer me a refund in a store credit for what would have been an acceptable sale price for these units or pick them up and refund my money. They had a service man call me to arrange repair of the washer which I refused because I did not want a 6 year old washer with no warranty. Found the staff helpful and the pricing was incredible. Delivered right on time and they even put together my bedroom set. I was very satisfied with the selection. Would recommend this store for its pricing.
