We Purchased a leather couch in April 2012. The incorrect couch arrived on delivery, however we accepted it after the delivery men already put holes in our walls. A few months later the leather started to peel. Under warranty we submitted a claim in December 2012. We have yet to receive a resolution. 20 to 30 emails and phone calls have been made and we are still waiting for a replacement. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.

After delaying the processing of our $6000 order for over two weeks with a sales person that apparently is often off or absent, our order arrived only to sit at the store for a week before being delivered to us. Total wait time for the order was over two months. The attempt to make amends? NOTHING! No discount, no absorbing of delivery fee, no expediting of the delivery process, no accommodation of any sort. Not good customer relations.

The furniture I have not got yet, but the services are very bad. they told me deliver today between 11 to 2 (I take a day off) but until now I have not seen the truck yet. I talked to the sales, she can not do anything. if I cancel the order 15% will be charged. please be careful when you place the order and put deposit. No body will help you.

I ordered in total $11000 worth of furniture from Park's Furniture; however, in the invoice they send me there were 3 mistakes on the furnitures I ordered, namely wrong furniture invoiced etc. I had to call them numerous times to get it corrected, so there were some back and forth involved. On the plus side, the furniture was good value for its price. I would recommand for the values, but not the staff's efficiency.

I went to many Furniture stores looking for exactly what I wanted but I couldn't find anything I thought was great quality in the price range I was looking for. Also I wanted to customize something just for my space but I knew that would be a pricey option. I found not only a quality piece of furniture made in Canada but it was also very affordable. I compared prices elsewhere and knew I was really getting a good deal here. I heard not so great stories and great stories about this company but you really do need to check it out for yourself. I'm so glad I went in there because my sectional is awesome and I got it for a fraction of what another store wanted AND it's a made in Canada product with is a huge bonus for me and my family. It was worth the wait I am definitely recommending my friends and family to start here first.

I was looking everywhere for a loveseat and sofa that would match my common room and Park's Furniture was my place. They had a marvelous staff who did not pressure myself into buying at all. The prices on all of the furniture were stupendous and there were so many options to make a selection of. I would highly advocate any person looking for new furniture to start at Park's.

Not an appealing exterior. Went inside and was mistified. Thought the prices were a joke. NO. You pay 375 ONCE and get an amazing discount. YES! All the sales staff are interior decorators. BONUS! Got a young lady to help me with my living room, dining room, and bedroom sets and am awaiting the delivery. Delivery is a seperate cost but I don't mind because the prices are amazing. I highly recommend this place.!

went into parks bought the membership bought 2 sets washer & dryer onsale member price 512 a set when they came I got 2 dryers phoned them they said the washer & dryer are in the same box nope just dryers called again they said they would look for my washers 2 days ltr they tell me I only bought dryers? uhhh no I came for a set the flyer said set? same day the tell me this they changed there web page to cover there mistake !!!! drew me in with advertisment PS i sat with the manager while puchasing & she said this a great deal and then they scammed me too bad really liked the place too please ask alot of questions about what your getting there cause they will take advantage of you

Parks overtly misadvertises their selection. Their website has thousands of products. However every time I have asked for a product they tell me it is not available. When I questioned why it was still on the site, they tell me that they will take it down, but months later, all of the products that I was told are no longer available are still there! Interesting when I bought my first piece of furniture along with the $375 membership, they did not mention this! In fact they told me to just look on line and tell me what I want to order. Yes, they have good prices, but they are misleading what they have in order to make you buy the membership.

My husband and I purchased a living room set from Parks Furniture about 14 months ago and the back frame of the couch snapped. We have not been ruff with the couch. I called Parks to tell the what happened and the woman who I spoke to first laughed at me and then proceeded to tell me that I was her 3rd call today complaining about broken furniture and that it was my problem not hers. What great customer service! I will never go back there again!
