I have never used a lawn service to maintain and beautify my lawn before. This year due to being over run by dandelions, I decided to give it a try and they did an amazing job. My lawn looks beautiful. I am signing up for next year too. Excellent service.

Effectiveness of their applications decreased yearly and the time they spent doing it was ridiculous, 5 minutes or less from arriving and leaving to do front and back yard. I also abhor their practice of continuing their service yearly until "you" notify them...pathetic really.

I would like to start by saying that I would strongly advise against using Green Drop Lawn. I had to file a complaint with the BBB as Green Drop would not issue a refund for work that they did not complete. The customer service is beyond terrible. I emailed to outline the issues I had experienced over the course of the season and received an email back from a supervisor defending their position (the email I sent was just sharing my experience, nothing more). After a follow up complaint I was promised that the supervisor will show me first hand that the customer service at Green Drop is great. From that point forward the customer service has only gotten worse (not sure how that is even possible). No responses to my emails, another missed appointment, ... I have experienced countless issues over the course of the season right from day one. Just to name a few: 1) Damage to my property - downspout torn out of foundation. Not even an apology was issued. 2) The aeration and over seeding that was supposed to be done in spring has still not yet been done (it is now October). I have contacted countless times trying to get the work that I have paid for to be completed. 3) Scheduled appointment missed and no call or reason given as to why. 4) Prepaid for full treatment but was still issued an invoice to try to collect more money. 5) No sign left in the yard after chemicals were sprayed (my understanding is that bylaws require this). 6) No email notifications given after requesting it multiple times. 7) Treated my lawn at the incorrect time - the invoice was left for a different property. 8) Gate left wide open when there is a note on file about having dogs. Take what you want from this review as I am just sharing my experiences this season. I am sure many people have not run into these issues. I will definitely not be using Green Drop ever again.

First timer and not impressed. They called 24 hrs ahead. Did not show. No calls. I call they say service done but bill is in the mail. So no bill at house, no sign on yard. No one seen here and they precharge. Strongly advise to avoid. Now what?? I'm screwed.

I had been buying their lawn care package for 3 years and always received good service. They had always showed up whenever I called to get weed application done in between fertilizers. But this year it's like they don't want my business at all. They only serviced my yard two times to apply the fertilizers and whenever I called for weed application they made me promises that they never fulfilled. I called like endless times but each time the rep would promise me that they will get the service in 3business days, but no one ever came and the weed kept growing in the lawn. Finally I called on the 22nd July to cancel my services and was promised that it will get canceled. On 25th July I woke up to see an invoice that they sprayed my yard again...it's been a challenger to even get them to listen to what u want in services...

We had this company in previous years. Our lawn was thick and lush by the end of the season. They applied fertilizer and weed control in a timely way. Very happy with them!

Our front lawn is probably the worst looking in the neighborhood so we finally decided to try a professional to get some help. I had seen other great lawns with the green drop sign so I thought we would try them. The workers were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Our lawn is already starting to look better :)

I won a voucher in a recent raffle and this is the first time I have had any company come for lawn service. The Green Keeper was friendly and was ready to answer all my questions. I have several hard spots for weed control (along fence and a cement pad) If any weeds come back within a week just to call the call center and make an appointment. We have many yards in our area that use Green Drop and I am so excited to have a yard like the neighbours.

Well it has been 20 days no service I was promised 8 to 10 they charged me 300$ and have not showed. Called and have been given the explanation that they did not hire enough staff.. Completely unprofessional why was I charged if you cannot do the work? Stay away. Spoke to a few people with the same issue

Green Drop decided to spray our lawn this spring without contacting us and simply dropped off the bill in our mail box. Never were we told they were going to come, never did we request their services. We had used them the previous year but never were mentioned that their services automatically renewed every year. We tried to contact the company but are always transferred to voicemails and our many calls have yet to be returned. Please keep this in mind before using this company as you will most likely also be charged for additional services that Green Drop decides to perform at your house, without asking you if you are interested.
