    FURNACE

    furnace stop working. called for service. less than 2 hours Harry showed up, furnace fixed. fast and efficient service. this company is highly recommended. excellent customer service. many thanks also to Charton (sales)for coming over to bring a filter. i run out and did not have time to buy.

    Annual Maintenance Service

    In order to maintain warranty service on our High Efficiency furnace we must have an annual checkup by HE. The technician came on time, wore a mask and put on shoe covers. He checked the furnace thoroughly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with his work, and would recommend him with no reservation.

    Water heater fixed

    My water heater was not working. Gilbert was quick to arrange a technician to come over. It was found that a part needs to be replaced. They were able to order the replacement part and came to install next day. The technician worked in an efficient manner and explained what the problem was. I was informed on the whole process. I am able to enjoy my hot shower thanks to High Efficiency!!!

    Tankless water heater

    Professional, Honest, Extremely Fair on costs. Previously had A/C and Furnace replacement by High Efficiency. Tankless water heater installed, to replace water tank. Smooth and accommodating install. Communication is easy with fast responses. Will continue using, for services when required.

    Furnace service, annual

    Service proceeded efficiently and professionally. The technician explained what he was doing and gave additional information about the furnace condition. I recommend this company for furnace service at this time.

    Furnace service

    My first time using High Efficiency. Recommended by a friend. Harry was great. He was very knowledgeable and he was happy to answer all questions. Will definitely be using them again.

    Service

    Harry arrived in the timeline I was told he would. Harry went directly to work on servicing the furnace and checking for any issues that needed looking after. He educated me on how to replace air filters - I had been doing it wrong when I thought they wouldn't fit. He left and all was fine.

    Furnace Installation and Maintenance

    This company has served my needs for the past 5 years. Booking is a breeze and the receptionist is delightful. Every person who has arrived at the expected time as been respectful, clean and in these times followed government Co-Vid protecals. Care was taken to put on 'booties' to save my floors. This company has always gone above and beyond expectations. I am pleased I was able to do business with them. Clean, Quiet, Respectful and Reliable Service...what more can one ask?

    Premium HVAC service at very reasonable prices

    Performed annual furnace maintenance and took the time to explain a number of pointers that I was not aware of around regular filter maintenance, the humidifier and related maintenance and general best practices. Also helped out with replacing a humidifier filter that was not part of the original work order (extra cost but worth it). This was all performed with very high level of professionalism. Highly recommend High Efficiency for all of your HVAC needs. They are busy but were able to accommodate our maintenance request with short notice. Service you can Trust! 10 out of 10 STARS for sure!!!

    Furnance Maintenance

    High Efficiency was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time for us. Harry arrived on-time and took his time to explain the maintenance and any preventative tasks we can do on our own. We have been with High Efficiency for many years with a new furnace and A/C install. Alway satisfied with their sales and service team.
