I had a carrier infinity system installed with custom sheetwork. Very happy with the install. It's clean and everything is running well. I have made a few purchases from Charton and team and have been getting service from them for years. High efficiency stands behind their work and have no problem recommending them!

We were abandoned by our heating the day of the snowstorm. Serguei from High Eff. Heating and Cooling diagnosed the problem (he is a magician) and why the problem occurred. Alas one critical part was backordered forever! So I opted for a new furnace (upgrade). Serguei and the folks at High Eff. arranged delivery next day. All runs A-OK!

Furnace broke during the extreme weather, they came and fixed it. The defective part was in Markham, they went there and brought the part and fixed the furnace. With kids at home, they were very helpful in keeping my family warm. Many thanks.

Awesome service and follow-up. Charton visited our home when we first inquired and he was patient and through in explaining our options and answering our many questions on what is best for our home. We ultimately selected the Carrier Infinity Modulating Furnace (80k Btu) the Carrier Performance 3-ton air conditioner, the Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier, and the I-wave air purifier. Jason was the technician for our job and after some rescheduling due to the 50cm of snow we got recently, Jason came by and did a meticulous job in installing all units. He even went so far as examining all my intake and exhaust piping that was pre-existing and re-caulked and re-sealed the joints and the points of entry in our exterior wall. The finished product is very neat and tidy and done very professionally. I am thoroughly impressed with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating and more specifically Charton and Jason. Job well done guys. Charton even followed up with a visit 2 days after install and offered to bring me a complimentary winter cover for the AC unit outside. Thank you so very much.

The customer service was terrific and the pricing was competitive. They checked all of my boxes. From the time I contacted them to installation was under a week. Installation went smoothly and efficiently.

Exceptional customer service and pricing that can't be beat. Fixed an issue that was not even caused by their AC installation. They were on site 20 minutes after I had called and resolved the issue same day. They take customer service to a new level.

My furnace suddenly stopped working, it kept shutdown. It turned out there was switch wear out and stuck. Technician came in hours and resolved the issue with professional service. Thanks.

-28’ night. Furnace cut out. Brr. Called them about 4 am. Their tech was able to come noonish. Yay! Was just a fuse so quick fix. Love this company’s prompt & courteous service. Tech, think his name is Henry, personable & quick.

Our furnace died, leaving us shivering in a very cold house in the dead of Canadian winter…not a good place to be! I contacted High Efficiency Cooling and Heating who had installed our furnace over 11 years ago, to have a technician come over. Holy Toledo Batman!! Harry arrived in just over an hour, to diagnose a burned out motor and discuss options. He arranged a followup visit with another technician to confirm next steps and he too, was here within a short window of time. Very impressed with their speed, knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommended.

A senior technician diagnosed the problem. Gave ius our options and suggested best one. They helped with the warranty and got us the needed spare parts. We replaced the defective parts and all is welding well now. They showed up in time. They were courteous and professional. Highly highly recommended.
