    Air con install

    The sales rep was very helpful. Even there was some mishap initially with the booking but things were turn around and resolve promptly and beyond my expectation. Great service from sales rep

    AC annual maintenance

    Technician was prompt (called ahead to say he would be able to arrive earlier). Thoroughly checked outdoor and indoor units. Measured air temperature and electrical current, etc. Provided necessary explanation. He took the added precaution of wearing booties when entering home. Would recommend company. I had previously received a promo coupon from the company for $50 so was able to use it for this service. Good deal!

    High efficiency changed blower for my furnace

    We could hear some rumbling noises from our newly purchased furnace. High efficiency was quick to respond. Harry was on time, friendly and educated. It sounds like they follow certain protocol. Part was ordered and changed as part of the warranty. So far everything is good. Happy with their service. Masoud Arya

    Condo AC not cooling

    I live in a condo and our AC was not cooling. High Efficiency reached out as soon as I posted a service request, and they sent a technician my way within an hour! Diagnosis was quick. Serguei was friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything I needed to know and I received an estimate. The part needed for repair had to be ordered but somehow High Efficiency got a hold of one and repaired our AC the following day. From diagnosis to completion – 24hrs! Highly recommended! Stellar service and was in constant communication. I really appreciate your attentiveness. Thank you!

    New furnace, AC and humidifier installation

    We settled with High Efficiency simply because the home comfort consultant, Antonio Li Cheung was very honest, professional and very responsive in providing us with the estimates and in answering all our questions and concerns. The actual installation went smoothly and cleanly, which is very important during this COVID-19 time. I would certainly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc to others.

    AC Condenser not running

    Had issue with Ac not running properly. Called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. Booked the day that I wanted. Piraba the technician came on time and did an amazing job explaining what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. Piraba is highly skilled to go with a very positive attitude.

    Air Conditioning Service

    We were very satisfied with service and the presented options regarding our air conditioner. Josh was punctual and we were notified 15 minutes prior to arriving. In this environment of social distancing he was very cognizant of spacing and wore a mask. I would recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Annual A/C service

    We bought the annual service contract from High Efficiency which includes spring A/C and fall furnace inspection. The technician arrived on time and performed the work professionally.

    Furnace Repair

    Highly recommend! Very pleasant, professional, prompt. Gilbert and the service technician were both very pleasant to deal with and the work order was promptly assigned and my furnace is working great. These are the only guys you need for furnace work
