    AC & Humidifier installation

    Reasonable priced Carrier dealer with promote & adequate service. Received a courtesy call 20 minutes before coming in as scheduled. Workmanship is not topnotch but more than enough for the job. Time will tell the quality of the new AC unit. Nothing to complain at all.

    Carrier “Comfort” A/C - repair

    As for most, 2020 is a year we’d like to trash.. ..and start it all over again. Challenges have been many, but we’ve adapted nicely. And, despite the current heat wave, all was going pretty well - even got a chance to have our daughter & two grandsons visit for Father’s Day - respectfully, at a decent physical distance. By days end, we noticed an odd tone coming out of our A/C unit, even though the system was circulating homes air & dehumidifying, too. After going through some obvious checks, I decided to “reboot” the system by powering off. Upon restart, the controller indicated that it had total communication. But, still a problem with the outdoor unit. So, tried a another, better “reboot”, which included the breaker panel switch. And, after a 5 minute break & a good hosing down of the A/C unit, I “restarted” the system with a better result, but still no effective cooling, just dehumidifying. However, under the circumstances late on a Sunday night, we were grateful for that & our furnace’s blower motor fan circulating the home’s air. It was time to contact High Efficiency, with a “heads up” email to their Senior Service Technician, Jason - who has been of great help to us in the past. Knowing that he lived in our general area, we called him Monday morning in hopes that he might be able to drop by at some point soon in his busy day. Thankfully, head office gave him the green light to visit after concluding the day’s first job. And, he was at our door about an hour later - fully complying with COVID-19 protocol, from start to finish. As always, Jason welcomed my observations, and after a few logical questions he checked out the faltering unit - recognizing quickly the improper sound & performance. He checked the A/C unit’s capacitor - began his tests after pointing out the well worn & altered shape of the capacitor. After a quick trip to his truck he returned with a new capacitor, tested it and replaced it within a few minutes. We were up & running and he had another happy “cool” customer. I’ve heard it said that the strength of a “Brand” is their Customer Service and Jason is obviously an integral player in High Efficiency’s successful story. Added bonus: we got to our granddaughter’s very important 5th birthday party on time in the early afternoon! A happy ending. So, thanks again, Jason. Much appreciated, sir.

    AC installation

    I called High Efficiency for new AC installation for home and they responded very quickly. Satisfied with the work and experienced staff and good service overall. Would recommend it to others.

    Yearly furnace and gas fireplace maintenance

    Jason was prompt and curteous with my maintenance service. He is very knowledgable and explained what he was doing. Also i had a new Air Conditioning unit installed.Excellent service. It costs about 2,300.00 for a 2 ton.

    Air condition

    Jason was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He went up and beyond with helping me and answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend his services. I hope to use his services in the future.

    Air conditioner service

    Customer service was very good setting up appointment and Jason who did the service was professional, courteous and gave me options to consider before he did the work. I highly recommend these guys. Rick

    Installed Carrier AC 2 ton 16 seer

    I had great experience dealing with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating. My sales rep was Charton. He was very professional and provided all requested information, several quotes, answered all the questions, I got a great deal and excellent customer service, installers came on time, installed AC and thermostat, were professional wearing masks and followed all safety precarious. Charton followed up on installation, provided care and great customer service. They delivered more than was promised. I am happy! This is very rare nowadays. I had never experience this kind of customer service in GTA. Thank you guys!

    Excellent speedy service

    Called in the morning for AC service/repair and everything was taken care of by 5:30 pm the same day. Also very fair cost, very polite and they knew what they were doing. EXCELLENT!

    A/C maintenance

    Jason, a senior service technician with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating, performed an annual maintenance check on my A/C. Since Covid-19 is making everyone take precautions, Jason was careful to keep his distance and wear a mask. He recommended a different furnace filter than the kind I was using. I appreciate his suggestions. Jason is always eager to please and help with any questions I have.

    Air Conditioner Service

    AC Units needed to be wired. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. scheduled an appointment quite fast considering these COVID days. The company has great communication skills, I was notified 15 minutes before arriving on-site and again when the job was completed, which I really appreaciated. Thank you for your service!
