My old high efficiency Lennox furnace was reaching its end so I obtained quotes from several local contractors on a new one. After comparing their service proposals and features of major brands Carrier, Trane and Lennox, I hired High Efficiency Cooling & Heating to supply and install a Carrier Performance furnace in mid December, 2019. From the onset I was very impressed by the knowledge and attentiveness of our sales rep Charton. He took time to study our existing system and duct work and explain which model would best fit our need and, he was the only rep who went through in great details about the "what" and "how" of available Enbridge home improvement rebates. The price quoted was not the cheapest but very reasonable considering the quality of installation, the extra details of the work, the extent of Charton's going out of his way to accommodate us and facilitate the energy audit, as well as the labour and parts warranty offered. The installation was excellently done by 2 master technicians, led by Lu. When they unboxed the new furnace they advised us right away that there was a dent on the side and they needed to get a new one from warehouse. Although it took an extra 2 hours but as customer we appreciated such a responsible practice. The furnace made a significant difference in heating comfort of our house. I highly recommend this company, and get Charton to quote if you can.

Jason was extremely meticulous, neat and very careful when installing the humidifier. After the installation, he patiently explained the functions and options for the unit. We highly recommend him as the contractor and trust his diligence with the work he completed.

Met with Charton two summers ago and he was excellent to work with. I liked how open and honest he was with pricing and service, and that he never applied any sales pressure. Installation was scheduled quickly afterwards and it went smoothly with two service men. They made sure to keep everything clean and tested the AC unit to make sure I was happy with the temperature and output. I plan to call High Efficiency when my furnace needs to be replaced/serviced.

Paul came in and completed the work as per schedule. Paul is very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. I was extremely happy with the service provided. Great customer service.

I requested furnace maintenance and Jason the senior technician came to service the furnace. He serviced my furnace in 2018 and everything was fine. He is a professional and very friendly. Jason also replaced the dehumidifier filter and cleaned the container. Again Jason meets and exceeds my expectation! It is money well spent. Go for it!

Excellent service call by Jay. He explained everything and was very helpful when I asked extra questions. They had installed a furnace and humidifier last year and the follow up has been excellent!

Furnace turned on intermittently. Fixed a loose wire in the thermostat. Also did previously scheduled Fall maintenance. Educated me on how to increase/decrease airflow to the 2nd floor. Very pleased with the service, professionalism and helpful training/education provided.

The technician who came over was fantastic and ever willing to assist and answer questions. He actually guided us on how we can save on electricity. Very knowledgeable and kind. Will recommend him for other new customers.
