    Carrier Performanace furnace

    Charton provided clear and useful information to assist us in the choice of furnace for our home. He had provided excellent customer services from the first meeting to the end of the service contract completion. The furnace installation was performed efficiently. The whole process was done professionally. No clean up was required on my part. We are satisfied with the services.

    Furnace tune-up

    The service man, Henry, did a very efficient job that I was very satisfied with. He is knowledgeable and gave me several pointers to help improve my use of the furnace. Very satisfactory company: High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc.

    Furnace check-up

    Technician arrived on time. Provided a detail check up on my furnace. He noticed that the light is not stable and ran further test to make sure it is fine. He also provided some good suggestions on thermostats as I plan on upgrading mine to a smart thermostat.

    Heat Pump Repair

    Serguei was the technician who came to repair the heat pump unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. Serguei Was able to diagnose correctly the problem and completed the repair satisfactorily. We had previously called another company and their technician did not notice that the fan belt was broken. I would highly recommend Serguei and High Efficiency Cooling & Heating for HVAC repair and service.

    Furnace Repair

    The techs were persistent in determining the cause of our furnace not working....which was discovered during regular seasonal maintenance. It seemed to be difficult to diagnose and when necessary, more senior techs were called in. The following day the gas valve was replaced and we are good to go.

    furnace repairs and checkup

    High Efficiency has sent experienced technicians completed the gas pipe checkup and furnace repairs, and ensured the safety of my home. I really appreciated their professional ways of dealing with different issues and thorough explanations of problem and necessary tips on maintenance. They put the customers at first and also took care of all the necessary paper work to make the compliance. Definitely a trustful company and team to recommend.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner replacement

    We received excellent service from beginning to end. Knowledgeable staff spent considerable time assessing our needs and going over options. Installation was professionally and neatly completed in a timely fashion. Help was provided to ensure we received our rebates. After all was completed, a follow up visit occurred to ensure that all was well. I would have no hesitation recommendation these folks.

    Air condition leak

    I would highly recommend Harry. He was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it. I am a very very Happy Customer!

    Heat Pump Maintenance

    My first time dealing with a heat pump and was trying too sort out a company for it and I am very happy I picked this company. From the initial contact for information to the technician who did the work it was a real pleasure. Thanks to Jason who came to do the work he was excellent, very thorough and even secured a fuse that wasn't properly secured. Things like that are what makes this company a winner for me.

    Air conditioner replacement

    The air conditioner was malfunctioning and we were hoping to find technician to repair it. So we ask Antonio to have a check but the compressor was broken and it is impossible to fix. He suggested to replace with a high efficient air conditioner and I am very satisfied with the product and service.
