Service personnel are wonderful to deal with. They do their job, left the place clean. They bring the old air con and they took the garbage with them. The staff on the office "Jenny", is a good person to deal with. They do all the paper works and fulfill their promise. 2 thumbs up for this people. They done their job last May 2014. Thanks You

I found great reviews regarding High Efficiency Cooling & Heating on Homestars and called for a quote. Rocky came to the house and was helpful in providing information regarding the Mitsubishi ductless system as my house is heated with radiators. He provided a quote and the work was completed in a day. The technicians laid drop sheets on the floors and cleaned up after when they were done. The moulding in the house is not level to the ceiling so when they first installed the a/c unit you can see a sizable difference making the a/c unit look un-level. The technicians may not have been happy but they wanted to make sure that I was happy with the installation so they not only removed and reinstalled the bracket once but did it twice to make sure that I was completely happy with the look so that the unit looks more balanced. Rocky came by later in the afternoon when the work was pretty well completed and the a/c was working to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the work which I was. The technician took the time to show me afterwards how to use the remote to adjust the a/c unit. I would recommend this company.

My town house furnace and AC were over 30 years old. I decided to change them. After discussing with some providers from last year, I found Rocky, who was very knowledgable and patient. I took long time to make decision, he was still very patient to explain every detail to me. I thought I found the right one. The installation was arranged just after the day of the signature.The technician also did a very efficient and professional job. My family felt comfortable both with the sales and service, we were very satisfied with them. Highly recommand the company.

I've used High Efficiency twice now, both times I've been so pleased with their service. The sales rep Rocky is a super nice guy, and was very thorough when explaining our options. The technicians were quick and tidy during the installation, and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a new house. I was in the market for a new AC unit. After speaking to several different contractors, I came across Rocky Wang. When we started to talk he made me feel really comfortable. He was very knowledgable about his products and all the services. The day the service had taken place Rocky was present to make sure everything went smooth. Thank you Rocky for all you've done.

Rocky Wang and team replaced ductless ac in our home, trustworthy, honest and very professional. Theinstallation was top notch and the team left our house spotless. I highly recommend Rocky and team, after many frustrating discussions with other providers they were a breath of fresh air.

I am very satisfied with their service, especially with the service that salesperson Rocky and other gentlemen Mr.Lu provide me. The first time Rocky came to my house, he wasnt sure if i would give the business to him, just because of my new townhouse's structure( you have to put air conditioner machine on the second floor deck instead of the back yard). but he was still very patient to explain to me how to install an air conditioner and what i was suppose to do and to be careful if i go with other companies. however, after couple of hours we finally found a way to resolve the problem. And just because of my new house's structure, Mr.Lu spend more than 6 hours in my home to install the air conditioner on without any attitude. like their staff , and their professional skills, i will go back for sure.

I picked this company based on the reviews I saw on Homestars.ca. It turned out to be a great choice. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. was the first and only company I contacted for a quote. Rocky Wang who came to give me an estimate was so detailed and professional in his presentation that I was impressed enough to sign with him right then and there. The installation was slated for a few days later, and the crew showed up punctually, and they did a good and clean job. One note to point out here. I first called them at the number on their website and left a message with the receptionist who said a salesperson would call me as soon as possible. I didn't get a call that afternoon or the next day, so I emailed them around midnight the next night. Rocky returned my email almost immediately, called me first thing the next morning and scheduled for an appointment for the next day. As mentioned before, he was very detailed in his explanation. His after-sales service was also excellent. He arranged for the company's technician to come over to check the system when I called, and then he showed up himself. I find that very reassuring since he was the one I dealt with when I bought. My old AC failed, and I had a bad experience with the company that installed it. That's why I searched through Homestars.ca this time to pick a different company to install a new AC for me. Neither Homestars.ca nor High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. disappoint. I am very glad I found them, and I would recommend that if you deal with this company, ask specifically for Rocky.

From Rocky to every worker sent to our home we were very satisfied with this company. They did a great job with a reasonable cost. Rocky spent so much time with us to explain the different between models and help us to decide the best combination for our house. The new AC and furance were installed in one day and the installers were so professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
