    New Carrier Air Conditioner/Humidifier

    We moved in a new home and needed a new Air conditioner. We had called for few quotes and met with several sale reps. We decided to go with High Efficiency after talking to Charton Teng. He was taking time to explain different products and which one was suitable for our home. He answered our questions and concerns; no pushy. The price was very competitive. The installation was done in a professional manner, left no mess behind. The Carrier Performance A/C and humidifier are working great. We are glad that we had bought A/C from them.

    Install air conditioner

    We have contacted Charton Teng to purchase the air conditioner for our new house. We were very happy about his professional knowledge and excellent service. We have question regarding for how to use the thermostat after the installation. His after service further proved to us that we had made the right choice to purchase the air conditioner from him. Sam, the guy who came to install the air conditioner pointed out the potential problem of dryer dust which we didn't know at all. It was agreed by the builder who came to our house to inspect the potential problem. We had made the right choice to purchase the air conditioner from High Efficiency Inc.

    New AC unit installation

    High Efficiency Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a friend. We knew that we needed a new AC unit and that we needed it installed as soon as possible. I contacted Rick on Thursday and the work was complete by Saturday afternoon. Rick advised me that a rebate was available for the particular model of AC unit I was looking for. I was going to have Home Depot do the installation but instead we saved approx. $600 and had the job completed hassle free. I would recommend this contractor to anyone looking to have a new AC unit installed.

    Air Conditioning Unit

    I was connected to a well knowledgeable representative with patient to answer my inquiry and flexible meeting time to introduce their products to me. His professionalism is great. I got the Carrier Comfort series 24ABC6, the noise level was not as quiet as I expected when I was seating in my yard. If they can provide a sound demonstration to customer before ordering, that will be a great help of selection.

    AC

    Tony was great honest and trustworthy. The only negative thing was the person who came installed the AC was the language barrier. It was hard to understand them but overall was very satisfied with the service. And Ric was great very helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend thanks to Tony he is very friendly over the phone and in person.

    AC Installation

    Salesperson Rick Li had attended my residence and provided information and a quote for a new Air Conditioner Install (New Build Home) Rick was very professional and not pushy at all. I did my homework and compared his quotes to other AC companies. Best price by far, no hidden fees at all. His crew attended and did the installation and we're extremely polite and efficient. They explained the installation and provided valuable information about the AC and Humidifier I also requested. Great company, great Service and a very fair and competitive price. THANKS A LOT. BRING ON THE SUMMER!! 2.5 Ton Carrier Unit !

    Air conditioner install

    I am amazed with High Efficiency installation team . The installers were professional and polite, and work very efficiently, and explain very clearly with how to set the thermostat. This is the second time I use this company to install the AC. Very good experience. Highly recommend them.

    Replace the old furnace

    Ellen chan has strong knowledge to present the production to me. I am satisfy the furnace he recommend to me. the after sell service is very good. the technician promptly come my home to solve the problem.

    AC Installation

    My requirement was AC and a Humidifier , I got quotes from many companies and, Allen from High Efficiency Cooling & Heating gave me the best price. He also has a through knowledge on the subject and explain me their product range very clearly to me. The installation was done as promised on the day we agreed . I am happy with the products and service.

    home renovation

    They installed furnace a/c and gas fireplace exellent work and very professional they go the extra mile to make the customer happy I used them a few times and always perfect job and very clean
