    Carrier Furnace and AC

    My 23 years old Carrier furnace died on a cold February night. I called High Efficiency in the morning, Rick arrived my door in 45 minutes. After check, Rick provided replacement furnace info and reasonable price. After I signed the order, technicians and furnace arrived in 2 hours, and finished installation before 6pm. Very satisfied about service, so I order new A/C to replace my old one, installed in April. I will recommend High Efficiency to my friend who need same service.

    Carrier AC installation

    Great customer service. Their sales came in and explained every detail during the quote, not to mention offering a very reasonable price. The technician came in for the installation on time, very polite and professional. The installation was done in a timely manner and they even cleaned up installation area in the basement after the installation. Would love to do business again. Highly recommended.

    New Furnace and A/C installation

    We shopped around the furnace and a/c to replace our 16 years old ones during the winter, got several quotations from different companies. Allan Chen came with his knowledgeable and honest manner, did both indoor and outdoor check up, provided useful suggestions as well as detailed comparison of different products and models. The price for Carrier furnace and a/c were also very reasonable. Installation was exceeded our expectation. Mr. Lu and Mr. Wang are very professional, they covered the floor and stairs all the way down to basement, efficiently installed the new ones, took out old parts and cleared up the basement after completed all jobs. The two stage furnace works perfectly, we are looking forward to enjoying the new a/c in the coming summer. Highly appreciate Allan, Mr. Lu and Mr. Wang for their good jobs, we will definitely recommend high efficiency c&h to our friends.

    New Furnace & New AC Install

    Whole House Air conditioner installation

    Rick was very professional at educating me the type of products I'm getting. The installation was done in 2 hours and the installers were able to fit the condenser in the least obstructive fashion. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

    New Air Conditioner

    The sale rep Rick Li and his installer are friendly and honest. Easy people to deal with, smooth transaction and installation, no problem at all, very competitive price for a Carrier air conditioner and a Honeywell dehumidifier. Highly recommended!

    HVAC and foaming

    This most professional company came highly referred by friends. We have used them in two homes for furnace, air conditioning, and foam insulation. Most recently, High Efficiency Cooling and Heating completed the HVAC and foam insulation on our custom build. We couldn't be more pleased with the service, the courtesy, the cost effectiveness, the follow up and the follow through. Rick, and Peter, Sam and the rest of the staff are 'top of the line'. We highly recommend them.

    Carrier AC/furnace

    excellent price and wonder install service and post-install service; referred the company to another friend, and he is extremely happy with the price and service as his old furnace died in the winter

    AC installation

    Installed AC with High Efficiency Cooling and heating Inc. Rick was very helpful in providing information about which AC product to choose and was patient in explaining the details of the work. The contractors were also easy to work with, and were very effective in having the installation done in half a day. Good experience and highly recommended.

    New Furnace, Air Conditioning, Water Tank and Gas Lines

    I get three quotes for everything I do. I judge based on price and honesty. I found Rick to be honest based on my own research after getting all my quotes. He was direct and did not exagerrate. The job was completed about a month ago, I'm very happy with the install. Everything was installed cleanly exactly as discussed. I happily recommend using High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc to anyone.
