I finally decided to replace my old furnace. I contacted High Efficiency, Rocky Wang came over and provided me with very honest and great advice. I spoke to him a few times he was always courteous and very knowledgeable. I did alot of research and had three other companies bid for the job but after speaking to Rocky I knew I had found the right price plus great service. I decided on the Infinity 98 and my house has never been this comfortable.The installation took a day including a chimney liner. They did a great job and after the job was completed my house was left clean and tidy. I recommended them to my father who went on to purchase an AC from them.

My hot water tank cracked on the 31st December 2012, and the furnace room was filled with water. Called many companies and hoped that someone can installed a new one for me as soon as possible. Neither there was no one pick the call nor they said that they won't be available until the 2nd of Jan., which is after the holiday. But when I reached High Efficiency Cooling and Heating, they gave me the price through the phone and promised to installed it right away. Few hours later, High Efficiency's installers arrived. When they arrived, they didn't push themselves to install it right away; instead, they discussed very thorough how are they going to run the vent for the tank. Since my furnace room is located in the center of my finished basement, which increase the job difficulty, so I expecting them to charge extra, which was agreed during our previous conversation. OMG, because of the flooding, because of tiny furnace's room, because of the finished basement, ........ etc., they do have to spend extra hours. Finally, they did a magnificent job,and clean up the place. They take my cheque without charging me ANYTHING extra. I am really happy about their workmanship and the way they treat their customer. Last week the temperature rise, it was so hot and my AC is not working properly. I call High Efficiency to get me a new one, just like last time, they were here within 12 hours. I really appreciate the way they treat me, when they said that they will be here within 9 to 10 am, then they were here before 10am. Thanks High Efficiency.

I had High Efficiency Cooling and Heating give me an estimate 1.5 months back. Charton came over and briefed me on everything i need to know about the AC and install for over 2 hours, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Other estimates from other companies did not have this level of detail. He also gave me a price for a Carrier AC that I could not refuse. The install happened on a Sunday and they were done within 3 hours. I am very satisfied of my purchase and would recommend them to anyone that needs an AC install.

We own a multi-unit residential building just north of Toronto and decided to have our 2 old (original) boilers changed after a very informative discussion with Rick from High Efficiency Cooling & Heating. He knew exactly what we needed and managed to save us 30% on our heating bills (which is a lot of $$ for our building). We were very satisfied with their workmanship, reliabilitiy and they were very competetive with their fees. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am writing to say how pleased I was in my dealings with your company in connection with a recent installation of a new high efficiency furnace and a new rental water heater in my house. There are lots if companies who are happy to sell a furnace as long as it will be a simple job of just taking out an old one and putting in a new model. My needs were more difficult - my old furnace was in a bad location with awkward ducting. I wanted to consider various options for relocating my furnace and changing the duct work in my utility room, and along with that I also needed to review the alternatives for my old water heater. Throughout this process, your representative Rocky Wang, and his team of technicians, helped me to work through the options and to come up with a plan which met my goals. The actual installation went smoothly and cleanly, and I now have a new high efficiency furnaces, a new rental water heater, and my utility room is much neater and cleaner. I would certainly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc to others.

3 years ago, we had to install new ductwork, a new furnace and AC. As is was a large project we got 4 quotes. When Rocky arrived at our house, we found him to be very friendly, very knowledgable, very honest, and his quote was very competitive. Rocky is a superstar!!! The installers were professional and did a great job!! We have since called Rocky for some smaller jobs, and have recommended him to a number of people who have all been very impressed by Rocky and High Efficiency. If I could give Rocky an 11/10, I would. Call Rocky...he Rocks!!!

After the compressor died in my 20+ year old A/C unit, I went to work doing my diligence checking out the competition. High Efficiency Cooling and Heating were professional, courteous and very price competitive. For all the discussions I had with their competitors, I learned more dealing with Rocky in 30 minutes than all others combined. Their installation for neat and efficient and the team clearly knew what they were doing (and stopped to answer all my questions when asked). They fully cleaned up after themselves as well - not a spec was left. I give them my highest rating. Terrific service all thru the process.

My story with Rocky Wang and High efficieny cooling and heating starts with me buying a groupon from another company (whcih I will refrain from naming), for a general air-con tune up. When the technician came, he told me my air-con wasn't working and I needed a brand new $4,000 A/C. I didn't think much of it since my A/C was old. I called for other quotes for a new A/C and got Rocky. Rocky came in and explained everything about A/C's to me and we were ONLY discussing buying a new one. I told Rocky I would go with him but I wanted his technician to look at my old A/C first and see what was wrong. His technician came in and actually fixed my old A/C! Remember, this goes against their monetary best interest since by fixing it they actually lost out on a much more lucrative job. I was so happy that I actually pad them more then their usual $100 maintaince fee since they did the right thing! In this industry there are a lot of scams..which I found out thet hard way. Rocky Wang and his team and HEHC are not one of them.

My old boiler was installed by a contractor about 15 years ago. Since the day after installation, the third floor (attic) no heat, the water never get to that radiator. The contractor said they can't fix it. I extended 2nd floor master room a few years back. We use best insulation materials but the room is still cold. Lucky I have fireplace in the third floor, it was still fine for many years. But 2nd floor master room is kind of pain. My fireplace stopped working for a while; the third floor is really cold. So I was considering to buy a new high efficiency boiler and both radiators (upgrade to big sizes) High efficiency cooling& Heating Inc sales person Jacky checked the whole system and told me that my radiators sizes are ok; I don't have to waste money. The old boiler pump might be too small. Their technician would try to fix for me, new boiler installation should reach the third floor. And some of the valves haven’t been used for long time, he ask me to change that with very reasonable price. He recommended Viessmann boiler for me. I was very impressed by Jacky’s professional and patient. I signed the contact right the way with him, It was my third quote but the best one. The boiler was installed as scheduled. This installation work was done very professional and neat. The second floor master room and third floor nicely warm. I’m so excited with the work been done. Thanks to Peter and his co-worker. However the second day my neighbor complained that steam came out from the side wall and asked if we can lift the exhausted pipe to make it looks better. I called Jacky, and Jacky arranged the technician to fix it next day. I highly recommend this company. Best price with best service I got. Bruce
