    furnace repair

    Furnace broke down the night before. Ed, our technician, came in and very efficiently took care of the problem. We knew when he was coming thanks to timely phone calls. He didn't waste any time once in our home. When the work was done, he explained what had happened and how we could avoid other problems in the future. Great experience and we could get on with our day.

    Furnace repair

    Ed was friendly and knowledgeable. Our furnace was blowing heat for only a short period of time and then cold air. Our house was NOT warm. Ed had it figured out in just under an hour and we're not roasty toasty! :) Thanks! (Work Order #15845)

    Furnace and humidifier install

    Worked with Dan to sort out a package for a new furnace, humidifier, filter system and duct cleaning. Dan was clear in explaining the options available. Charles and team came and did the install. The team did a great job of removing the old furnace, installing the new high efficiency Trane furnace, Aprilaire humidifier, updating the venting and filter system, and cleaning up. Charles explained clearly how everything worked. Furnace has been approved by the city and inspector pointed out elements of quality workmanship. Furnace fan is designed to run on low constantly, boosting up when needed. The constant fan keeps all areas of the house at a consistent temperature, without being bothersome. Basement is much warmer now. 10 year parts and labor warranty on the furnace. Thanks Acclaimed.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    They showed up on time and were very friendly on the phone to tell us they were on their way. When showed up they were respectful to the home and polite and got right to work. Explained everything when they were finished. Great job. Kevin/Connor Wo: 15520

    furnace cleaning

    They arrived on time, were polite and did a great job. I had no issues with their service. I would use them again in the future to clean my furnace and vents. WO#15402

    Serviced furnace

    I have been an Acclaimed customer for years and will continue to contact them for my HVAC needs. Ed Patenaude was my service provider today. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient -- what more could a customer ask for! I trust this company and more importantly, their employees.

    Furnace repair

    We call Acclaimed after noticing our furnace not working for the last few days. Ed came out the very next day on time as promised. He was courteous, professional and diagnosed and solved the problem promptly. They were reasonable and efficient. I will definitely be calling on 'Acclaimed' again in the future.

    Furnace Inspection

    We had Ed come out to inspect our 20+ year old furnace. He came and explained what we could do to help the furnace make it a couple of years more. Also, at no extra charge he hooked up our humidifier that was disconnected before we moved in. He was fantastic. Everything he did, he explained to us. He also explained what they would have to do if we needed to get a new furnace in the future. Very helpful. WO# 15805

    Humidifier instalation

    My first contact with them was professional. They were able to quickly answer my questions unlike other companies. My house is very old and quirky, they told me what I needed to do to prepare for them. Installation by Ed Patenaude started on time, was fast, and looks professionally done. My humidifier is working well with my EcoBee3 thermostat.

    Furnace and air duct cleaning

    Kevin and John were prompt and courteous and did wonderful work on my furnace and air ducts. The stairway to my basement is quite narrow, but they were able to maneuver their portable cleaner down and around the corner of the staircase. Extra kudos to them for managing this. Kevin noticed that there were no access holes in the main duct in the basement, so he created them in order to access the duct to clean it. He also advised regarding getting an outdoor dryer vent installed, and he arranged for an appointment in order for me to get this done. Very thorough work from Kevin and John, and I am very happy. Thank you Acclaimed!
