My furnace broke down the other day. I called Air Flex for a free estimate. Without delay, Air Flex sent Lindon Martin. Lindon explained to me everything, from settings and operation to payment plan options. Today, he and his partner came to install my new Lennox gas furnace. In less than 4 hours, everything was perfectly done. I was so impressed because they left without a mess. I am truly satisfied with the job and would HIGHLY recommend Lindon to the people I know.

Lindon Martin was recommended to me by my father 8 years ago. Over the years, my father, sister and I have had him service and install a few furnaces and air conditioners. Lindon is knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, professional and honest. He is patient, answers questions and has many helpful suggestions to keep your HVAC systems running well. I highly recommend him for HVAC maintenance and installation.

I found Air Flex in the yellow pages about 3 years ago when I needed a new air conditioner. I dealt with Lindon and he and his team arrived on time and installed an amazing Lennox air conditioner for us. They were professional and didn't leave any mess behind. So naturally when my water heater blew up 3 weeks ago I called Lindon at Air flex with no hesitation. Once again he and his team arrived on time and did an amazing job. I loved their work so much that I asked them to replace my furnace is well! It's hard to find professional and courteous service these days but with Air Flex you get professionalism, courtesy and top-of-the-line products all at a fair price! I would recommend Lindon and his team at Air Flex to anyone for their HVAC needs.

We were referred to Linden at Air Flex when we were trying to make sense of the 3 quotes we`d received for a new furnace and air conditioner. He came immediately when he realized we had no heat, 7Pm on a Sat. night, He was open, thorough and informative. He didn`t try to oversell,gave us a better quote than the previous 3 and left with the signed contract and offering to leave space heaters. Timur & B were here Monday by 9:30 after having already done some prep work and were finished by 4:30, leaving a spot less workspace. They were both polite, friendly, and took pride in their work. Would definately use again or recommend. I`m reveling in my heat!

I contacted Air Flex to request assistance with relocating my air conditioning unit that was loose from the wall where it was installed. On speaking with Lindon, we also discussed the efficiency of my furnace. When we were done, it was concluded that I could replace my unit with a newer, and more efficient unit, and also receive incentives for the replacement. He and I were back and forth discussing this issue throughout the day, and way into the evening hours. The next day, I confirmed with Lindon that I wished for the replacement furnace unit, and he scheduled a visit within the next two days. I found Lindon, Camille, and the technicians (Henry and Timur), that replaced my unit, to be very efficient, and highly professional. All my questions and concerns were responded to in a knowledgeable manner. No mess was left behind by the technicians, and they completed the replacement within 4 hours, instead of the previously advised 6 hours. I intend to contact Air Flex in the near future, to replace my air conditioning unit(which was the reason for my initial call to them), and would easily give them a 10 out of 10 for service. I highly recommend this company!

We were looking to replace our home's old furnace and AC and gave Air Flex a call. Within a day, Jay the sales representative, was at our home to provide an estimate, explain the installation process, and recommended the type of product that best suits our home. He addressed all my concerns, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. The cost was within my budget and lower than the competitors for the same product. The installation was complete within a day, and without any problems. At the end of the installation Jay followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Air Flex.

Jay from Air Flex was very personable and knowledgeable about the heating and cooling systems. He recommended the proper heating system for my residence in North York. Jay the Air Flex sales representative who came to the house was very knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns and what I was looking for in a new Furnace , Air Cond. and Water Heater. He recommended the products that would best suit my home and budget and I felt very comfortable with my choice in having AirFlex do the removal and Install. The price I was quoted beat all other quotes by at least $1000.00 for the same high efficient Lennox products and the 3 guys who came in to do the removal and Install were great, they did a very thorough Job and left everything clean, all in one day. I would highly recommend AirFlex to anyone for their professionalism and dedication to customer care. I made my decision to purchase based on three criteria: Product performance; Sales presentation and knowledge; and Price. My salesman, Jay Sharme was fantastic in his knowledge of his brand and the competitors and was the deciding factor as to which brand and company I chose. The product, price and warranty objectives I required were met by Jay and his company and the installers were fast, cordial and tidy. QUOTE: Lindon from AirFlex inspeceted the house, patiently listened to me and provided excellent profeccional advice. He did not try to upsell - quite the opposite. He was very honest, not pushy at all, and provided an excellent quote - an offer I could not refuse. INSTALLATION: The installation crew showed up on time; it seems like they had everything they could have possibly need in their vans. The installation took the whole day, and they did an excellent work. They even replaced many old components that they thought were not done the best way: I noticed all old plastic water supply lines for humidifiers were replaced with copper tubing; new grounding (including expensive grounding clamps) - not only free of charge, but without even mentioning it to me to get some credit! For the second furnace, they installed a quality condensate pump - again, free of charge (I believe $80 value). CLEANUP: They left the place clean - even cleaner than it was before - and took away both old furnaces, humidifiers and even two old electrostatic filters that were sitting in the corner of the basement since the reign of the previous homeowner.. PERFORMANCE: The furnaces keep the house worm and are quiet. Have not gotten any gas bills yet, but they should go down. Most importantly: the new humidifier Lennox HCWP18 that Lindon recommended does actually work and keeps the humidity where it is asked to. And it does not cost much more than the types that do not perform...
