AC under Warranty needed repairing. Sending service techs out that don't know what they are dealing with. Tech had to call in to figure out what was wrong. Tech said we should call the company who installed the unit to come back to fix it. Husband show him the Trane warranty registration stating Air Flex was the dealer and he said ok fine. I Had to call the office several times to confirm we were under warranty for parts only. It seems they were not interested in doing a warranty job. I had called Trane parts only to find out Air Flex gave them the wrong serial number(waste of 2+hours because no one followed up). I sent a copy of the warranty to Trane parts and they called Air Flex to tell them item was under warranty and parts can be picked up. I was doing most of the work for Air Flex in terms of admin work. The work was completed the next day and a mess and garbage was left behind for my husband to clean up.

Linden from AirFlex responded to my Homestars request for a new furnace. He quoted a fair price and was able to install it with 3 days of my decision to go with AirFlex. His team came in at 9am and worked throughout the day to remove the old furnace and install the new Lennox furnace. Linden ensured that all was working correctly before they left. They left a very clean basement furnace room and took away all the old stuff. I would highly recommend them to any one.

Technician showed up. Wasn't able to service AC. Didn't have the proper equipment. Told us they would call back to reschedule. Never called. I called back a 10 days later to reschedule an appointment. Receptionist told me they would have to call us back. Giving up.

Air Flex Heating & Cooling Ltd were an absolute pleasure to deal with! A fellow neighbor referred us to Lindon for some help with a new furnace installation. We were so impressed with Lindon's quick response as well as his knowledge in recommending the best product options for our needs. His pricing was fair and he went over & above in many small details that made a huge impact overall. The team members that came into our home were pleasant and very respectful with regards to using roll out runners for pathways which they had to walk along within our home and in addition wore shoe protectors when entering into our home from outdoors. They even took the time to clean up by vacuuming the work area where they installed our new furnace. We will certainly be referring our friends & family to Air Flex in the future! My 27 year old furnace died suddenly turning our house into a frosty 11 c. ice castle.I needed a reliable furnace fast but wanted assurance the installer was also reliable. Luckily I found Air Flex. Lindon spent an hour answering all my questions. Camille answered my calls at all hours. The next day Air Flex installed our new furnace and changed the air filter. Excellent Excellent Service! Total Transparency! Awesome Workmanship! Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built. He explained how he was going to do the install in great detail. Great company to work with. I will call on Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd from now on for any heating and cooling issues.

My 20 year old furnace died suddenly (RIP) at midnight. Linden came the next morning, and installed the new furnace the same day. He was prompt, efficient, and honest. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell me on the new furnace. The area was left clean. I contacted Airflex on the recommendation of my neighbour, and would readily recommend this company to others.

Linden provides frank advice which we appreciated greatly since our Sears furnace Brooke down only after 8 years. We notice a big difference already. Prompt and clean we really enjoyed working with Linden and Jamal.
