We recently changed from electrical to Lennox Slp98v gas furnace. Mr Lindon Martin from Air Flex gaves us a best price and installation(verified by Embridge gas inspector), and after care. He called the next day to make sure everything is working well, it is. Office staff Camille is also very helpful. we definitely will recommend him to our family and friends

When I needed to replace the filter my furnace, I surfed the web and found Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd a Lennox dealer located in my neighbourhood. I drove over to the store and met the owner Lindon. We had a nice chat and I bought not one but 2 filters. I also arranged to have his technician come over a few days later to disconnect my air conditioning unit before the water proofing guys started their work. The Technician was punctual and was very knowledgeable. I have already recommended AirFlex to another friend. Thank you

I must of considered about 10 different furnace companies, before deciding. Based on my research, Consumer reports etc.., I thought Lennox would be the best long term decision. I then looked into the different Lennox dealers. I wanted a furnace(SLP), with a humidifier and air purification system(UV bulbs), since my kids have some allergies, and an AC(14ACX). Lindon, from Air Flex, came over to my place and humbly answered all my questions. I felt comfortable with him as he wasn't pushy, also I new what I wanted before hand, since I had a number of other estimates and they all concluded on the same product recommendations. Also based on the specs of my house it made sense. Moreover, price-wise, Air Flex gave the best deal! They are also recognised by Lennox as a Premier Lennox dealers and they've been around for a while. Given the great price I was a bit concerned that I may get a shady installation. The installers arrived bright and early, as it was a full day operation. I poked in every now and then to see how things were going. I could tell they were quite experienced and confident in their work. It wasn't a straight forward job as they needed to move the water tank over to make space for the air purifier. So another thing I was worried about. At the end of the day they came up to add the thermostat. I then went with them to take a look at their work and the place was clean and in great shape. Nothing leaning over. Everything straight and perpendicular. The pipes venting to the outside were well insulated. I was very happy with the work and my installation fears were relieved. After they left I watched how the new furnace raised the temperature to the sought level in no time! We then convinced our parents and grandparents to get new furnaces/ACs with AirFlex. I think the toughest part for me was finding a trustworthy company to do a good job on installing the product without charging me a fortune.

I called & ask for the price for repair the furance and the technician asked me questions to understand the situation & gave me some advice on what might be the problem. Also, he suggested a maintenance plan which is more cost effective. While we were considering, my furance doesn't have the noisy noise so we don't need the plan last year. I think my sister-in-law has used their service too & the comment is good too.
