Full points for the excellent service from Air Flex. When our 25 year old Lennox Pulse broke down (on coldest night of the yr.) the office asked all the relevant questions and offered to send the technician as late as 10pm for no extra charge. We chose to wait for the daytime and at that time Linden did what he could to find the parts necessary for the old machine to keep it going. Unfortunately, he couldn't but at 25 years, we knew we would need another furnace soon (also the Pulse was a unique furnace and not made anymore). He was able to get it running before he left but was honest that it would not last long. When it conked out again, we called Linden back for his advice and quote for a new Lennox and he recommended the appropriate size and variable speed motor. The space for our horizontal furnace is in an awkward crawl space and I was impressed at how many measurements Linden took ahead of time so there were no surprises. He budgeted how long it would take and it was exactly that. He brought his team the next morning, precisely when he said he would - 8:30am on the dot. There were 3 of them together and they all stayed and got the job done in this very awkward spot - the old furnace had to be dismantled into small pieces to remove. The new one was up and running perfectly when they left and as promised, it is so nice and quiet compared to our old. They had everything clean and vacuumed. Extremely polite. Also loved that the quote included absolutely everything (no hidden costs) and was very competitive. They even deducted the original service call. The service all in all was so professional and prompt and fair, including the very helpful office staff who I called a few times, we couldn't be happier. It was an amazing service performed by Air Flex. I was red carded/tagged for chimney liner being 5" (requirement 4"). Timur from Air Flex arrived within the time window and also completed the work within the negotiated price. I am planning to change my Air Conditioner, I know who I am going to call first. I was looking for some time for someone to install a tankless water heater and to vent the system through the roof and not through the side of the house. At the same time, I was looking to relocate the furnace venting through the roof as well. I contacted several companies but they either didn't provide this type of service, or they just didn't call back after viewing the site, or they provided stratospheric estimates (the company with the mythological name and red and white colours from Oakville). Finally, I after some time looking, I found Lindon's add on Kijiji. I sent him a message and very promptly he replied telling me he can do the job, and provided me with an estimate explaining in detail the cost and the work involved in such a job and mentioning that if I'd like the estimate, he will come by to check the site for installation. The way he provided the estimate demonstrated his experience. The estimate was great and Lindon reviewed the site and installed the tank as agreed. So far is working great. In conclusion, the estimate was great, the service was great, Lindon is a great guy, I highly recommend him. I'm very happy with my choice.

In October 2014, Mr. L. Martin advised us, that the duct work and size of house would be best suited for a Lennox 70, 000 BTU high efficiency furnace. The installers came on the appointed day and finished by 3:30 and removed the old furnace and swept up. We are very pleased with the installation especially the quiet operation of our new furnace.

My 13 year old AC unit had to be replaced. The original installer who serviced oI called Air Flex and left a message. I was promptly called back by Jay. I told him over the phone the unit I had and he recommended a replacement. He came over and looked at my existing unit and gave me my choices....no pressure like the company that put in the old unit. Jay was extremely knowledgable and professional. 2 days later the Air Flex crew came and installed the new Unit. The men were very professional. Did a beautiful installation of the unit and new piping and wires. A much neater job than the original. Jay has called 3 times to see how the unit was working. I would recommend Jay and the Air Flex crew to my friends and family. Great job!!!!

My wife and I would like to express how pleased we are with the service and quality of workmanship we have received from Air Flex Heating and Cooling Ltd. In March 2014, our 26 year old rental hot water tank burst flooding our laundry room. We decided to buy a new tank and also, the timing was right to consider replacing our 1988 Lennox Pulse furnace. We called Air Flex Heating and Cooling as it is located very close to our home. They had a representative at the house that same afternoon. Lindon was very knowledgeable and informative which helped us in our decision making. We ordered a new Lennox high efficiency two-stage furnace, a Whole-Home Humidifier, a Healthy Climate Air Cleaner, and a Bradford hot water heater. The next day everything was installed and operational. The two technicians were excellent. They removed all the old parts from the basement and swept and washed the floors before bringing in the new equipment. The job was completed the same day including installing a new thermostat. When they left, there was no sign of dirt or debris. The work was very professionally done. The next day, Lindon came by to see if we were pleased with the installations and to answer any questions we may have had. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we will highly recommend this Company in the future.

In April, my furnace had broken down and it was evident that it needed to be replaced and repairing it would be too costly and the AC had broken down in the previous summer. The sales person was courteous and was quick to help out by having someone come out the following day to take measurements and begin installing a new furnace. I was told that duct work that connects from the furnace (approximately 10 feet) would be replaced; water pump would be removed; duct work in between the posts would be looked after considering every time I walked over the spot on the main floor would dip and loud popping sound is heard and A/C pipe that connects the unit to the furnace would be replaced. Also, I was told about the five year warranty that would not require annual inspection. The AC was a Lennox two ton and the furnace was a two stage Lennox (6500 + 500 for extended warranty). Result: Pros: The AC and furnace were installed within a few days and the heat was up and running within a day The salesperson honoured to install the humidifier since it was not written it on the work order. The crew was able to work in a tight area The crew kept the place relatively clean and no garbage was left Cons: There is a large hole beneath the new furnace and is still there (result of removing the old furnace). The waterpump was replaced with another waterpump when initially I was told it would no longer be needed since it would have been connected to a drain. I asked the crew when there were going to replace the pipe for the A/C and I was told that if there was nothing wrong with the pipe, it wouldn’t need replacing. I raised the issue and eventually it was replaced. The salesperson got irritated / upset a number of occasions when I raised issues. Popping sound was never resolved considering the number of times I had raised the issue. Only 2-3 feet of Duct was replaced from the furnace for fitting existing duct to the new unit I tried contacting the salesperson for a follow-up question, but never received a reply. Other: Warranty: 1 year no interest, but rate after the no interest period is stated at 18% in the agreement 2 fine print: requires yearly maintenance for agreement to be valid Overall I found the work satisfactory and the A/C louder than expected. My son’s room is next the A/C and it can be heard right through the wall.

Lindon at Air Flex was recommended to us by another contractor we had for our old oil tank removal. My husband had noticed a minor leak, which indicated it was time to change! We already had a gas line coming into the house, so we deiced to change furnaces to gas, and Lindon was great. This all happened around Thanksgiving weekend in 2011, it was cold already, and we had to have the oil tank removed. AirFlex was able to come out quickly to install the furnace, were in and out in a matter of hours, and replaced some old and too small duct work that had been done by the previous owners for free! They were quick, clean and very professional. I would recommend them again to anyone. In addition, we had had an energy audit done previously, as we had done some renovations. Since we also got the furnace upgraded to high efficiency, we got around $2000 back from the ontario energy board as well as the government, so it was great! Thank you AirFlex! Our heating bills for oil were around $600 every two months, and now with the gas, we are down to around $150 every month in peak winter, with the gas stove and hot water heater too! what a lifesaver!

Price: Best quote Advice: Honest and easy to understand. Very clear on my choices and what to consider in making my choices. Service: Very polite and considerate. Drop cloth laid from front door to basement door. They swept up after they were done and took all garbage including cardboard boxes. Spent time with me to make sure I understood how to operate each piece, when to replace filters etc. Honestly felt these guys acted no differently than if they were installing in their own home. Highly recommended. I've tried others, but now sticking with Airflex.

It's not often that consumers are able to find value and great, reliable service with just one business. I had my air conditioner unit installed in my home by Air Flex in the summer of 2012. The technicians were very professional and provided great service overall. It was no surprise that I would once again seek their expertise when my heating system (installed by my home builder) failed in the dead of winter. Airflex was able to send a technician right away to assist with the problem. Needless to say the problem was identified and corrected right away, and my family was able to once again find comfort in our home. There are many heating and cooling companies to choose from, but I would certainly recommend Airflex if you value your time and money, as well as if you are looking for a product and service that will stand the test of time.
