We shopped around, spoke with people who have used had their windows replaced, did our due diligence and in the end there really wasn’t any other company that could compare to Verdun. The sales rep, Michel Mallette, was professional and new his stuff. He price matched another company’s quote but above all he was honest. He earned our business without a doubt.

I contacted Verdun Windows and requested a quote for the removal and replacement of windows in my house. Joseph came out and provided an estimate, which we accepted at the same time. Joseph was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The job was undertaken by Chris Simon over 2 days. My wife and I were impressed by Chris and Simon and their workmanship and commitment to ensuring the windows were properly installed. Chris was very patient and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the windows and the work completed by Chris and Simon. Thank you, Peter.

Team Chris installed our windows today and they were excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this team to anyone. Only problem was with Verdun who had one window dimensions wrong - so temporary install done and looks great. Love working with Newfoundlanders and happy we will see Chris again. Team Chris cam back to reinstall a window and I very much enjoyed working with them again. Very professional and pleasant. Chris came up with a solution to an unknown and bad situation regarding plumbing and my larger kitchen window is installed and wonderful.

Verdun was referred to us by friends that were very satisfied. We wanted to benefit from the Ontario green program and receive the $500 rebate per window (max of 10). We were satisfied with Verdun’s price and quality and decided to change all the windows of our house. Mario’s team was very professional, doing the job in a timely fashion, removing the old windows and installing the new frame and cleaning everything inside and out. Very good job guys!

The two guys that replaced my 11 windows were very professional and the installation looks great! The windows were installed before the energy rebate program was abruptly cancelled by the premier so kudos to Verdun they still got them installed by the deadline. Will use them again soon to install patio door.

When the installers for Verdun replaced 5 of my windows they made a number of errors. One window was so bad that it had to be completely replaced and two others needed to be fixed. I would have rated the company lower if it weren’t for Harrison and Benjamin who came to fix everything. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they’ve restored my confidence in the product that I’ve received.

Verdun has done a great job trying to get windows installed by the deadline before the Green-On rebate expires. The installers came when expected, and were very professional and did an excellent job. The basement windows look beautiful. Thank you!

We replaced 5 original windows in our 50 year old house. The work was done to our complete satisfaction by Ghislain and Eric. They were professional, efficient and competent, with a full cleanup when the job was done. Very appreciated.

Solid, reliable, honest and trustworthy - From Max to Jonathan, Sylvain and Claude - who all worked on the installations... to the wonderful gals in the office who were always so courteous and pleasant. These folks are skilled and ultra competent... Verdun provides a superior product and bends over BACKWARD to ensure their customers are happy and provided with the very best. They showed that you never have to doubt them for a second - they are working in the background to ensure the job is done perfectly - with very little effort on the customer's part... We had some issues with our initial window replacements, and Benjamin and Harrison were sent to fix things. They did a wonderful job and really took pride in their work. We would not be leaving a positive review without their attention to detail and great customer service. Thanks guys!
