Team Chris installed our windows and was fantastic. Very professional and the installation was done quickly. Our new windows are awesome. We did have some difficulty with scheduling our installation and still await for the patio door we ordered to be installed. We are however thrilled with the installation and very pleased with the work of the installers

Our new windows were installed this week by a 3 man crew consisting of Jonathan, Stephane and Nicolas. They arrived bright and early on Monday morning and got right to work. A well coordinated team, they had completed the installation of thirteen windows by Tuesday afternoon. The guys were polite, hard working and attentive to detail. They took precautions to protect our floors and cleaned up after themselves. All debris was taken away.

Once again, Verdun Windows and Doors supplied me with a top quality window which was installed quickly and efficiently by their staff. I anticipate no more cold drafts in the dining room - excellent service, great products.

Kevin and Joel did a great job, they were at my house a 7a.m. They were prompt and thorough with the installation of all 10 windows.. I will request Kevin and Joel again when I complete my remaining 7 windows. Well done Verdun!

I ordered a large living-room window and a patio door. The experience was great throughout the entire project. My original living-room window was broken so Verdun arranged for me to have it replaced way earlier than expected. I am extremely grateful for this and appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out. Kevin & Joel showed up this morning promptly at 07:00 for the install and had it don’t in 2.5 hours. They did a fantastic job; the window looks great. There are a couple scratches on both screens, and one of the crank handles is broken but Kevin assured me someone would come replace those items promptly. Overall so far, a fantastic experience! Can’t wait to get the patio door installed next!

We changed all of our windows on the main level, the service was excellent, they we're cleaning if it was to dirty, really kind guy, nothing bas to say! M

Chris and Simon came to install two windows in our basement today. We were very pleased to see how the work was professionally done and we did appreciate the clean up when the job was done. Many thanks for your kindness and your expertise. We are still waiting for the bay window because of the wrong measurement. We just hope, that this will be done before the end of the green one program. Verdun replaced my front door and livingroom window 2 years ago. Excellent work and the product is top notch. Had no hesitation to call them when it came time to have 9 windows replaced. Mike (consultant) is awesome. Windows were installed on Oct 5th by John, Junior and Mike. Very professional team, friendly, organized, problem solvers. I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend this company and will be using them again next year for my patio door. Patience is needed though as installation is usually 4- 5 months later.
