    Window installation

    The installers knew what they were doing. I was disappointed that they balked at the request to mask after explaining that there is a person with health issues in the house. Unprofessional. Also am concerned that the crank hardware for the size of window panel might not have strength over the long run. Still would recommend this company and we are thrilled at the light that has come into our kitchen. Thankyou very much !

    Patio Door and Front Window Replacement

    10 months to deliver and install a front window, and now waiting a month and a half for damaged screen door to be replaced. Worst buying experiece ever.

    Great service and windows from Verdun Windows. Installers Sacha and Matthieu did an amazing job.

    Thermos windows replacement

    Kyle and Tyler called before arriving and did a very great job. They were very expert in this type of work. They removed their boots inside the house and cleaned after the job.

    Replacing four windows

    Process has been very smooth and explained excellently by Ryan! I will recommend Ryan and Verdun Windows to my friends and family.

    Attrocious

    Attrocious from start to finish. Every step of the way was bungled and wrong. It took them a year to install and repair 6 windows. After calling them out they offered us 500$ in return for not speaking badly about their company. Installers were good though. Awful

    Windows and Doors Installation

    work was done well. I have three windows that wouldn't open stripping the opening mechanism (and yes the latch lock was open). Waiting for return to repair. Two doors were installed later and look good. Cleanup could have been better. I stepped on one screw and found about 6 more in a bunch on the ground. More dust and dirt than expected was left that they didn't vaccum. Minor issues with accounting but there was an addon order that probably confused things

    GOOD WINDOWS BAD INSTALLATION AND HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars. Good windows and horrible installation and horrific customer service. Reading the reviews (after I signed the deal unfortunately) my issue is VERY common. They install windows and don't worry too much about either ruining your walls or closing the job properly. Their work maybe great if you are building a house, but if this is the house you live in with walls and paint, I would think 10 times as the damage they caused to my house was major (pics speak for them selves). My issues started the day of the install on May 25th and I kept my patience and kept talking to them until July 22 when I wrote this review. Timelines for my issues - Install on My 25th --> they did a horrible job (see pics); damaged my brand new walls; installed one window incorrectly - Contacted them few times and I was dodged - Wrote them on June 10th, with pictures, no answer - called many times; customer service promises service will call me back and nothing - talked to my sales rep; can't do much; call service again - Finally service sent a guy week of June 13 (so took them from May 25 - June 13 to send someone to inspect the damages) - Guy looked and was VERY nice and professional; recorded the issues and left By the way, the ONLY fix they can do is install new casing to cover the damage; fixing walls is OUT OF THE QUESTION for them. - Good luck getting a hold of anyone again!!! NO RESPONSE from service; sales guy gave me few names; and finally I got a name in Service - Spoke to the guy; was nice on the phone and took note and emailed me on Jul 11 saying - I will contact you by end of week; If i don't answer you, contact me (how cool is that!) - Sent him few follow up emails and cced sales man --> no answer and now, we are July 22nd with no date for addressing the issues The quality of the windows are good; the installation, service and customer interaction is despicable.

    Door installation

    Dzianis was the lead install tech. Amazing team. Professional, respectful, and extremely skilled. The crew showed up on time, and were very organized with their tasks. They ensured that everything worked and even threw in a free doorbell (nicer than the one I was gonna use).

    Service

    We had all of our house windows replaced in 2007. In recent years, minor items required attention and were promptly dealt with under the companys excellent warranty. The same high degree of quality customer service prevalent during the sales transaction has consistently been demonstrated in their quality after sales service. Staff are always courteous, professional and efficient and this was our experience with our recent technician, Harrison. As a homeowner, this is one of the best if not the best company that we have ever dealt with! So much so, that we had no hesitation in recently contacting Verdun to place an order for a new front door.
