    MBR large window replacement

    Another excellent window replacement, as we progress through the house ! Simple, straightforward, worry-free, smooth, and satisfying experience throughout: from consultation, measurements, custom manufacture, and best of all, the Installation. The installation itself of the large bedroom window, led by installer Alex, was completed in an astonishing 59 minutes (!), from the crews arrival to site clean-up. The quality of the window is superb, the look is great, and we were pleasantly surprised to choose the option of an affordable grey tint in the glass, further reducing UV and the heat from full (south-facing) direct sunlight.

    Very Satisfied

    Professional, well done and with quality materials. Were very satisfied, exceeded expectations. The job was done properly, efficiently and even resolved issues that were beyond that of the original install.

    A shout out to Verdun and to Josh

    Several years ago we had all of our main floor windows changed and new one installed by Verdun Windows. Eric was the "main man" in this process. We have very much enjoyed the windows and enjoyed the service we received at the time of installation (efficient, courteous, professional). Recently, we had a Verdun technician, Josh, visit to address an remedy an issue we had keeping the top slider window in place. Josh quickly identified that we had not properly engaged both "pins" when replacing the window following a cleaning by us. Again, Josh displayed the professional and courteous service we have come to associate with Verdun and he was very helpful and patient in answering several questions that we had about windows and window maintenance in general. There was no charge for this visit (presumably because of warranty). THANK YOU VERDUN AND THANK YOU JOSH!

    Had windows in house replace in 2009

    I had shopped around for windows for awhile. Finally got Verdun to come and give me a quote. I was very surprised at there price compared to others. And gave them the go ahead. That was in 2009. When the job was done I was very impressed of the workman ship and tidy ness of there job. Quick and efficient. And the warranty was also good. Just had a bathroom window replace because of a broken seal. Fix and done under warranty and no problems. Also had basement windows replace three years ago. Again a job well done. I would recommend Verdun Windows to anyone who asked. They satisfied me all around.

    Window installation

    Verdun is by far the best company for windows and doors. The quality of their windows and the warranty of 25 years is incredible. Our experience with Verdun excellent. All I have to say is that I wish I had our first windows done by Verdun. If you want quality and good customer service they are the ones you should call

    Window replacement

    Amazing from beginning to end we enlisted Verdun to replace all of our windows, some of which were leaking, in February 2022. our experience with them was great! Kailen was our sales person and was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. We had a few questions and special requests along the way, which she happily helped us with. We also dealt with Marie-Claude in the office, she was also amazing! We just got our windows installed this week (July 2022) and our installers, Kevin and Serge were honestly phenomenal! They were precise and thorough while still being quick, efficient and friendly. We could just see how much they pride their work. They were on time and worked really hard to make sure everything was perfect! I will update once our 2 doors are replaced, but so far we are thrilled with Verdun! Highly recommend!

    Front window replacement

    Gaston and his crew came to replace the front window. Done in less than 2 hours. Professional friendly bunch who were more than happy to explain how things were done and what was missing from the previous install. Looks amazing and everything was cleaned up before they left. Very positive experience, will be looking up Verdun for my future door/window needs.

    Window Replacement

    I highly recommend Verdun Window and Doors. Everything went according to plan and schedule, and my home was left clean and tidy. I particularly admired the manner in which the senior installer (Jason) mentored the younger one, showing instructive kindness as well as pride in his work. A big thank you to this team.
