We replaced most of the windows of our home with Verdun and they were professional, courteous and on time throughout the entire process. The installers were FANTASTIC! They took the time to explain the process and left the place cleaner than it was when they got there. We'll definitely be replacing the rest of our windows with them!

Window install was unprofessional and I needed to hire contractor to paint and repair walls. Company offered excuses, and did not apologize nor accept responsibility. A manager checked the install after my concerns were voiced, and response was "it does not look so bad..." A real shame that Verdun Windows and Doors would not put client first.

3rd time using them and always had a good experience. Great communication in scheduling, installers were here first thing ready to start, cleaned up after and listened to an concerns we had. Went over each window after and adjusted as needed. First time with the new window style will see how they perform compared to some older Verdun windows already installed.

Have early 20th century 2 story brick home. Windows with aluminum storms in the 2 second floor . Could not see out the glass most of the winter from frost. We originally called a local building supply retail store that does installs, for a quote they were a no show. Called Verdun they showed up promptly measured the windows . On the first day of the install the crew arrived promptly ay 6:50 AM. They were excellent, hardly knew they were here, my son even had online remote learning courses down stairs while they were here . The whole process was seamless, including the clean up . I had 10 large windows and my front door replaced by Verdun. The old ones were 32 yrs old! Could not be happier with the quality of the windows and the door and the professionalism of the installation crew: Extremely pleasant, they aim to satisfy and take a lot of pride in their work!

We needed a large living room window and kitchen window replaced in August 2020. We found our experience to be very positive. In May 2020, they came in to measure our windows and discuss window choices. The measurements were done masked and the window choices were done outside the house. Initially date given was October 2020 but they installed the product in August which we were happy about. They did a great job installing the windows and even noticed we didn't have any insulation in one part of our wall. Its been seven months and we've been happy with the two windows. We've also had a few other window installations done a couple years earlier and we are still happy with the quality.

Everything about this company is professional! From Andrew who came to give us an estimate on our project, and explained the manufacturing process of the windows, as well as patiently adjusting the quote as we clarified what we wanted, to the careful window measurements, and finally to the amazing team who installed the windows, we could not be more satisfied. So much so that we are planning on having the other upstairs window replaced as soon as possible. In addition, they were very careful about Covid safety protocol which made us feel comfortable having the installers in our home for a few hours. A great team from a great company.

Arrived really late, all exterior flashing components missing. Also missing, window crank covers. Tech stood on my AC condenser for installation-hope its not damaged. Interior window trim white, not the colour of the window. Hardware (crank and lock mechanism) have bits of plastic shroud around them (see photo). Called Verdun asking for "cream" colour code in order to paint white trim-still waiting for call-back. Premium price, not a premium experience.

Was a little hesitant to pull the trigger and install a new patio door. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome, better than I expected. The work crew were professional and did an excellent job all round. Will definitely use them going forward.

My wife and I just had the most incredible experience with Verdun! 2 very friendly and professional gentlemen worked diligently to complete the replacement of our 60 year old wood frame window in our family room. In a total of 2 hours, they laid down rugs, prepared their work site and got to work. What we really enjoyed was their abilities to preserve the old wood frame around the windows. They even went the extra mile to preserve and trim our bench area below the window (was originally told by pre-inspector that it will be on us to replace as it wont fit with the new window. Verdun is the best. Quality windows, excellent craftsmanship and perfect results. Thank you so much for all that you do to help old homes look new!
