I hired Nuway to install cork flooring and the sales woman seemed knowldgeable and helpful at the time. The installer was fantastic however we hit a glitch when they wanted to install blonde transition strips with a dark cork floor? They insisted that it was what was provided by the company and therefore I shoud be happy with it! I was not and all of my concerns fell on deaf ears - in fact I was told that if I wanted to have a different color, I would have to go out and find it and buy it and they would install it - my cost! I was not happy with that either and eventually the owner/manager called me as he wanted his final payment and when I asked him if he would accept a blonde wood with a dark floor he beat around the bush for a while before finally conceding and agreeing to correct the problem. He was also critical of the ex-employee that had helped me out in the beginning, alluding to the fact that she did not know what she was doing. Overall, disapointed in the service and the fact that they made me feel like I was being difficult, or unreasonable before they finally took it seriously? The installer was fantastic and represented the company in a professional manner. I won't be back.

My builder had chosen Nu-Way to be my supplied for the flooring and tiling throughout the new home. My experience was phenomenal with their excellent design team which assisted us in designing our new home. They presented us many different options and assisted us in designing our home the way we could have only dreamed of. There attention to detail was exceptional!

My husband and I built a new home with a company that uses Nu-Way flooring for the selection and installation of carpet, tile and hardwood. The customer service was great. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgable and listened to my questions/concerns. She asked me what my vision was for the new house and was able to show me samples that met my taste. She was able to help me pick items that went together very well. We are very pleased with the overall appreance of our selections. One concern we had was that our countertops in the bathrooms and laundry room weren't exactly what we had thought they would look like and didn't match as closely to the tile as we had hoped. I think the main problem would be linked to the size of the samples they provide. They are very small and don't give the entire color scheme, and not the entire look. Overall, we are very please with the products and service we were provided with. Would reccomment Nu-Way to anyone looking to update their house.

Nuway provided carpet to match that installed by our builder and installed the carpet at the same high quality of workmanship apparent in the upper stories of our home. Work was completed on schedule, cleanup was thorough, prepainted walls carefully treated and undamaged. Very satisfied customers, Tatyana and Roy Staple

We had a pleasent time to work with Tracey McMann. She is nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the interior selections done with Tracey. The hardwood floor and Carpet, tiles are looked just like the way we expect. Thank you Tracey for the great work!

Working with Tracey at NuWay was a great experience! She was extremely knowledgable, had great input, and knew exactly the look I was going for! I am very happy with how everything came together in my new home & would love to work with Tracey again if the opportunity should ever come up!

Our new home builder uses Nu-Way for flooring and while our selections and extras are ongoing, I thought that we would shift gears a bit and review our experiences to date. We hope that the positive ones continue and that the less than positive ones get corrected. Let's see how they do in the upcoming weeks.... Great selection of products and talented designer who assisted us with our colors - very good on that front. On the less than positive side of things, we've had an interesting discussion around the "extra labour" cost for installing a 12 x 24 tile versus a standard size one. Not to be confused with a Dalath substrate system as this was priced out separately. I just can't get get a straight answer as to why there is a $3.75/sq ft charge for installing a larger tile. On a limited tile area we have over $1,200 in additional labour costs for installing a larger tile. I have since learned (from a former Nu-way installer) that the installers are paid the same for an oversize tile. I'm hoping that we do get some transparency on the pricing upgrades as right now it feels like we are being taken advantage of because we do not have the ability to receive a competitive quote on this. We don't mind a paying a slightly higher cost for good workmanship but it seems a little excessive. The dodgy answers don't help our confidence. We'll see how the next few weeks go I'm sure my ratings will change. How much depends on Nu-way.

We wanted to upgrade the hardwood in our kitchen. We contacted Nu-way and decided to go with them The service was bar-none. The floor we couldn't be happier with. We wanted something a little harder because we have two dogs that were wrecking the hardwood we had installed when we built the house 12 years ago. We decided to go with the tigerwood and are we ever glad we did. It is absolutely beautiful. Nu way floor was one of the best companies we have dealt with in regards to home upgrades. Very professional and accommodating and they do great work.

Fabulous design sense. Awesome flooring and tile selection brought together by terrific designers. We did a compete renovation with cork, hardwood, carpet and tile. Nu-Way advocated for us when flooring was different from the manufacturer samples. Flooring is a complex business from design, through to selection, and installation. Nu-Way is in a league of it's own.

Great sales people, design help, installation and follow up! The whole process with NuWay was professional, timely and their product was beautiful! We love all our special touches in our new home and would reccomend the company to anyone considering construction.
