The customer service with Nu-Way was amazing! Our design representatives were wonderful during our initial selection appointment, extremely helpful and very pleasant. Upon possession we had an issue with the finish of our gas fireplace, which included tile, and when the builder would not agree to correct the issue to our satisfaction our Nu-Way representative stepped in and was able to convince the builder to resolve the issue. I felt that our representative had our best interests at heart and she just wanted to make sure that we were happy with the finished product.

We are particularly pleased with the service Nu-Way Floor Fashions delivered with their product for our home renovation. We experienced some logistical issues with moving furniture away from construction areas. Nu-Way assisted by carpeting one room earlier than the others allowing us to stage furniture in that area. Most importantly, our installers were awesome! They were on time, courteous and very particular about placing carpet seams in the most favourable place. If that isn't enough they identified and remedied issues from our earlier install and even offered to rectify issues they discovered that did not relate to the carpet at all. We're proud to recommend them.

Overall we had a good experinec with Nu-Way. OUr selections person was great and very helpful. I am very happy with the look of everything. I am a bit disappointed that they do not seal the tile, We weer not even offered the option, so I assumed it was done automatically. We have tile backsplash behnd the stove and some oil has stained teh grout. When I called Nu-Way they told me they will be sending me a basket with material to seal teh grout, however the basket only had a cleanuing solution. We also had some chips in teh hardwood to be repaired. We had a dayu scheduled for all trades to come in and fix everything in teh house, for which we needed to take a a day off. Nu-Way called and asked that someone comes in to "inspect" before then, so they know what reapairs need to be done. The guy showed up and did the repairs on the spot, for which we had to be there early and leave work early. It was very incovinent for us, especially considering that we had a day specificallly scheduled for that already.

This is our second experience working with Nu-way. This time they replaced the main floor of our rental property to prepare it to sell. They gave us several economical flooring options and in the end we selected a pre finished hardwood floor that was a perfect match to our decor and our budget. We were completely blown away with the finished product and the high quality install. Prior to deciding on Nu-way, we did our due diligence and shopped around to find a good contractor. This was a learning experience that proved not all contractors are alike or value the same things as I including honesty, integrity and responsiveness. Some companies simply don't stand by their word. Not the case with Nu-way. The quote was the quote and the craftsmanship promised was delivered at the highest standard. Thanks Nu-way. Excellent service, they helped us trough the process while building our new home with Albi Homes, from selections to installation. We were living in a different city and we were able to exchange emails with pictures any time we had a questions. Shannon Gilbert was the best!!!!

We were pleased with the selection and customer service at Nu-Way and the installers did an excellent job. The prices of the tiles and hardwood appeared competitive and the labour cost was close to our estimate. We found their invoicing style to be a bit too minimal, we would have preferred to have all of the costs detailed on the invoice rather than a single amount listed for each service. Also the additional costs were surprisingly high considering the fact that the major costs were reasonable. (e.g. $69 to push the refrigerator across the floor, $1,100 to spend 3 hours pouring a leveling compound on the floor). We would definitely use Nu-Way for other flooring however because we were so impressed with the skill of the people they sent to our house.

We were very happy with Nu-Way during the new build process. We picked out all of our flooring (hardwood, tile and carpet), picked our paint colors, and made all of our backsplash selections with Nu-Way. We are very happy with how it turned out. Meredith at Nu-Way was great to work with - even when we changed our minds on more than half the choices!

Had the carpet in my home replaced, before putting my house on the market for sale. Nuway helped me select something that was available quickly, as timing was an issue, and also suggested a product that would potentially help for resale. They showed up when they said they would, and completed it to a high standard of quality and in the time they said they would. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring company.

Tracey was very professional and knowledgeable during the process of selection of items. We love the finished product. She was able to put together a great overall package. The product is beautiful and looks great.

The staff at Nu-Way were very knowledgeable and patient. They helped us in selection of many items for our new home including carpet, tile, wood floor, stone etc..Without their help it could have been very difficult for us.
