Reply created 3 Apr 2014Julianne, again I'm sorry you are disappointed. I trust the job went well and we fixed your problem. I apologize for not making it to your place for 8 am. With the distance you are out of Edmonton we should have been a little more organized to make the agreed time. We underestimated the travel time and called you too late. It doesn't happen often, I'm very sorry it happened to you, and I have made the fixes here to prevent it in the future. Also we have standard travel rates that we that should have been discussed and confirmed with you. Please trust if you would have asked us, we would have explained any charges to you. The $230 travel included a regular dispatch, an hour worth of labour we spent on the highway to you place and back, and a per km charge. This is typical for any of our rural customers. I'm sorry I didn't refund you as you requested. I'm sure I will talk to you again about this on another review site.
