    Whirlpool Washer and Dryer

    The service and staff were excellent. So far very happy with my purchase and the delivery staff were wonderful.

    Received product in good condition. The follow up re: delivery was very good. The delivery of the product was excellent.

    Ordered new stove and fridge. Showed up as scheduled Delivery was on time. Old fridge taken away. Thanks

    Bosch Refrigerator

    I have a Bosch refrigerator that has failed. I have a valid extended warranty but am unable to find anyone to repair it. The extended warranty company (sold to me by CAS) has said - "your on your own - find someone, send and estimate and we will pay" . I can't find anyone even after a dozen calls to Bosch. Bosch has provided three names - all refused. All of this despite being assured by the sales person that I am in the service area at time of purchase. The sales person won't even return a call! Over a month without a fridge now. Can someone at CAS try to assist? the customer service number has been a stone wall - they wont escalate - are there any managers at CAS that would help resolve this? Roger Alexander (647) 505-9836

    Excellent store and delivery service

    The sales rep was excellent and listened to all our needs. He helped us find the perfect stove. The delivery was then quick and clean with the nicest delivery staff.

    Bought a full size LG Fridge, was Delivered, and the old fridge was taken away.excellent service

    Ordered Fridge over the phone, a seamless process with Anthony. Fridge was delivered within 2 days of ordering. The Delivery crew headed by Orville were excellent and extremely patient. We had problems with the fridge coming in through the doors, both from the garage and our main door. But the boys were adamant they were going to get this done properly. It was challenging to say the least, but the boys were very calm and they got the job done! Kudos to the CAS TEAM! Great job! Thank you.

    Horrible customer and return service.

    Horrible customer and return service. They delivered the washing machine on Dec 21, 2022. The delivery men dropped the washing machine on the floor and damaged the laminate flooring. The leg of the washing machine broke off from the impact. I called the service and asked to replace the washing machine. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't replaced the washing machine. They say that the return department does not have a phone number and I need to write letters to them. I wrote them one letter and was waiting 2 days for a response. They answered my letter, asking me to send one photo first. I sent and I was waiting for a response again for 2 days. Then they wrote that they would replace the broken leg. I replied that I do not need a replacement leg, I ask you to replace the washing machine. Again I wait 2 days for a response. They wrote that I need to send more photos. Another 2 days of waiting. I call the service, and there is only one answer: the return department will contact you within 2 days ... Today is Jan 5, 2023 : Still waiting for the replacement :(

    Washer Purchase

    Bought a new LG washer and Al Janmohamed was very professional in answering all our questions and made us feel confident in our purchase without feeling coerced into one.
