They would not provide a delivery window that worked with our condo rules despite our request for an afternoon delivery, twice. So we begged our concierge to make an exception, but when they showed up at 6:50am to deliver appliances at the most inconvenient time possible, our condo would not allow them to and they wanted to charge us twice for the delivery fee. When I asked to speak to a manager on the phone, I was told that they do not take calls and would call back but they never did. After 3 calls trying to speak to a manager, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Guess what that procedure starts with... a call from a manager.
