All return/repair/compensation requests would need to go through our return and exchange department.
For minor cosmetic damage, our first port of call would always be compensation.
Please know that CAS has no benefit in not offering repair under warranty.
Our records show that you were offered a door replacement by our Resolutions Team, which was refused for $500.
Kindly note that we can offer one or the other, but not both.
Should you wish to proceed with either, you respond to the email sent by our Return Authorization department.
