    Fridge, wall oven with microwave, stovetop, dishwasher

    We dealt with a nice fellow, Alex, we gave him are measurements for a fridge, stovetop, wall oven and microwave, and dishwasher, showed us our options . He was very efficient and made no mistakes with our order it was a perfect experience. Thank you Alex He even recommended a installation man.

    Great pricing and easy delivery

    We were a bit concerned when our dryer stopped working last weekend especially with two young kids. We visited CAS on Saturday and their sales person supported us and found the best option within our price range and they also had affordable delivery services. Move to today - 4 days after our purchase and we have a new washer and dryer. The delivery team was great taking off our current washer and dryer and installing the new ones. They took their time to figure out the best way to get the appliances in with care, were friendly and also did not complain about moving the appliance to the second floor. I would recommend their services and will definitely be a customer in the future

    LG Washer and Dryer

    Machines received today and trying them out first time. Everything looks fine and the manual instructions are clear and easy to follow. Delivery was right on time and the installation swift and efficient. A big thank you to all.

    Helpful staff, quick delivery, & decent pricing

    Our old fridge stopped working suddenly so I called my local Canadian Appliance Source store and the lovely Sales Rep gave me advice on the best refrigerator models for my needs and budget, without any pushy sales pitches or gimmicks. The same rep then ensured that we had delivery of our new refrigerator within 24 hrs, which we did! Delivery was quick, and the movers were so helpful, efficient, and friendly.

    Poor Communication

    We have used Canadian Appliance for years. Our sales person has always been Mike. Our latest purchase was a refrigerator. We ended up with an LG French door model with water and an ice maker. We have no complaints about the equipment. It seems to work very well. Our issue was with the delivery and our expectations. This is the fourth refrigerator we have purchased, in our current home. This time we were surprised the delivery guys were most upset that we did not remove the doors from our existing refrigerator before they arrived. No one told us to. They were also very upset with how difficult it was to access our kitchen. No one has said that before. The delivery guy told us they don't install handles. No one has said that before. We did not like the delivery guys, who were supplied through Canadian Appliance, and I think they did not like us. We told Mike we were unhappy. He told us we had been told that the doors should be (or possibly might need to be) removed by us, and that they don't install handles. That was simply untrue. We felt our irritation was unheard and unappreciated. We asked for a $75 refund for the inconvenience, annoyance, and a sign we had been heard. We've never received a reply. So, the end of a good relationship. Prior to this we would have recommended Canadian Appliance and our salesperson, Mike. We could have purchased that fridge anywhere for the same price. The reason we don't go to a box store is for the human touch. I'm sad to say the next time we need an appliance we will look for a new company and salesperson. So, it is the end of a nice relationship.

    Damaged upon arrival

    Refrigerator was damaged upon arrival. A replacement refrigerator was not shipped until 20th, in the meantime the contents of my food spoiled in the garage for the two days we had to wait for the replacement. The company was unwilling to compensate me for my loss. They were unresponsive to my complaints.

    Run don't walk

    On Monday, we ordered a new Electrolux ELFE743CAW dryer and paid extra for delivery, installation and extended warranty. Wednesday morning it was delivered and within an hour of installation we discovered that the new machine didn't work. 3 emails, 2 phone calls, and one chat later we are still waiting for a resolution. What should simply be a matter of replacing the defunct machine with a new one, has been a long journey of red tape bureaucracy and abismal customer service. Do not be deceived by a slightly lower price. Pay the extra penny and deal with a reputable company.

    Delivery of 2 dryers and a washer

    This is a mixed review of the good and the very bad. I will start with the good. We had a great experience with our sales rep, Melvin. He was knowledgeable and listened to our requirements and presented options to us. He was not pushy in terms of pushing a sale. We were in and out in one afternoon and made the purchase of a washing machine and two dryers. We were satisfied with our purchase and the pricing. Our bad experience started the next morning just past 7am. The delivery guys demanded us to take out our side door instead going to the back of the house and going through the wider patio doors. After an short argument we agreed. There was damaged that occurred to our existing washing machine and the discussion escalated very quickly which involved one of the delivery guys swearing at my husband and insulting his mental capacity in our house and on our driveway. It was loud and our neighbours heard. One of the delivery drivers tried to mislead me in signing that no property was damaged while in dispute. I did not sign. The delivery company used was Downtown Truck. We filed a complaint with CAS customers service and the response which took a few days, was to deny our recollection of the experience and take the word of the drivers which included several inaccuracies including the swearing and insults. Rather than get into an argument of 'they said, we said'. We have can only do what we can as customers and never shop there again and write this review. It is a shame, we had such a wonderful sales experience and were thinking of going back there to buy our new kitchen appliances but beyond the bad experience with the delivery company, the experience with the CAS customer service team has put us off ever shopping there again. We initially tried CAS due to a recommendation from a friend who had a very good delivery experience. CAS is great until you have a complaint - at least in our experience.
