    Replacement parts

    My Window City patio door has served me well for many years. The door is still in very good shape, but the weather strip of the screen door broken down recently due to over exposure to the sun. Chris from service department was able to help me to get the replacement parts quickly, and took time to show me how to install it. I am very happy with his service.

    Let me tell you. I needed a part for my sliding door and i must say mr. CRIS was a very big help for me. He is very helpful and he knows the business in hardware.. Also a very nice person easy to deal with. Ask for Cris hes the man...

    Window Replacement Parts

    I called Window City to ask whether they had replacement parts for windows in my house that were installed several years ago. Chris provided excellent customer service and showed me how to carry out the repair in person at their showroom. I would definitely recommend Window City to others.

    Service department

    The guys working in the service department are great. Had no problem answering all my questions and even brought me into their showroom to show me how to install a part.

    Service After Warranty

    I would like to send a shout out to the Service Team member Chris from Window City. I have Window City windows installed throughout my home. I couldn't open my windows on account that the part I needed to make spring cleaning easier was missing or damaged on 4 of my windows. I reached out through the web site and within the same morning received an email from Chris. I promptly sent him the photo of the Window and the "triggers" that were missing or damaged. He arranged with me within 24 hours to pick up the triggers so that I can open my windows again and finally clean them. It has been years since they were broken or missing and Chris resolved my issue within a 24 hour period! Now, all my Windows are coming from Window City (including my new home) as they have a support team like none other!

    stands behind their windows, years later

    I had a dealer who supplied my house with several WINDOW CITY windows.. all of which have a great seal, work beautifully , look great and are easy to maintain and clean. Years later, a tenant prone to breaking other things, somehow broke the top side tabs of a hung window. The dealer had retired, so I contacted the service dept @ Window City directly. CHRIS in service was very helpful and said it needed replacement. HE explained how to do it myself, or if I was able to wait for a moment they could do it for me. It was fixed in minutes, good as new. It is SO reassuring to deal with a product that not only functions and looks as well as they do, but that should anything arise down the line- they are there in a their large showroom, ready to help. Thank you Chris for being so helpful and kind.

    Window City Warranty

    Beware of the 2 year warranty. After that they charge $200 + HST for labour for a tech to LOOK at the problem and TRY to fix it. If additional visits are required, it is $200 each visit. In my case, it is a small the window that cost around $300 itself, and had a problem since the beginning while still under warranty. Now they want to charge me for it. Not worth it. I emailed their service department multiple times and their answer was that this policy is actually designed to protect their customers - what a joke.

    2 shades of black on both patio doors and rude installer

    As part of a renovation, Window City replaced windows and sliding patio doors in August, 2020. First, the quality of the install was substandard. The frames on BOTH patio doors AND a large window started bowing and the capping on another window was wider by 1/2" on one side than the other. The bowing issue was begrudgingly fixed by the installer but the capping was not because we gave an initial approval that it was ok as it was unnoticed. A day after the install, in the sunshine, we noticed a difference in the color of the door frame and the brickmould . We were asked by our contractor to wait to see if this was a humidity issue. It was not. We were offered a small amount of compensation or replacement. We opted replacement. When Window City sent the same installer to estimate the work, he told us we were wasting everyone's time as replacement would not fix the issue because this is how it is manufactured. The Rep on our project confirmed the same. We should have been informed from the start that there would be a color mismatch. We obviously would NEVER had chosen this supplier had we known! We are now trying to discuss other recourse options but to no avail. No one is answering our phone calls and we have left over 10 messages as well as trying to escalate our concern. Save yourself a headache and choose another window supplier.

    Entire house

    5 of 6 window latches broke in less than a year resulting in three windows smashing and breaking, and not one person has called me back in four years to stand behind their warranty. Local company purchased your windows and installed but no longer deal with you either so I keep leaving you messages and no response. Please call me back, come look at your product and fix the remaining 3 of six. With the help of the BBB the first two that broke were replaced by the company that ordered from you, then one by one another 3 broke within a couple months of the first two. Ironically your site won't let me upload photos.

    Great service and quality

    We are very happy with the entire process, from the initial meeting to the delivery of our new windows. Ray Behrouz was great to work with. He was very responsive, courteous and professional. I totally recommend Window City.
