    Beautiful quality home!

    Built in 2023, we absolutely love the design we chose and couldnt be happier with our decision. After spending months comparing different builders and home designs, we kept coming back to Montorio. Kristy at the showhome was incredibly patient and accommodating as we repeatedly visited to view the homes. The quality and value for the price is what really drew us in. We ultimately chose the Andrea model, and weve received so many compliments, especially on the staircase design. The site supervisor was great to work with, and the walk-through during possession was very thorough. Thank you, Montorio, for our beautiful home!

    Job 2336

    Forever grateful for our home builder, if not for them, well not be able to realize our dream home From day 1 and up to this day, we are being taken cared off. The team from sale agent Ana Radaza, Karen and the rest of the warranty team are all very great people! My family are ultimately lucky to have connected with them, the project may not be 100% perfect with the process and turnovers, but Montorio have amazingly tried their best to meet our expectations and wants. We are indeed very happy with the purchase! Thank you Montorio Homes!

    Top Builder

    Bought 2 houses in 2 years from Montorio. Will keep coming back because they build very good houses. They also provide very good after-sales services. The appliances are of top quality and after 2 years, our first house still looks like new. I definitely recommend you get your next house by Montorio Homes. They make a house a home!

    Home purchase

    Save yourself the headache. I have lived in my home for almost two years. I have had many problems and still continue to have problems. I feel the company hired contractors that find the cheapest materials and put them in the homes. The first year the builder is responsive to save their reputation, but the second year they blame the home issues on you (even though theres a 2 year warranty by law). The contractors get angry because you keep calling about the issues and make you feel uncomfortable when they arrive in your home. The new Montorio rep, Karen, pretends like she cares about your issues in the expensive home you bought, but she ignores your requests and fails to further investigate the problem. In the future I will be buying with a more recognized, high quality builder who cares about their customers.

    Home owner

    Stay away from this builder if you dont want to have headaches in the future, this builder destroyed my final grade, I have been contacted them for a long time and they always promised to fix it but did not show up..I cant go on to my landscape as it needs to be fix first..and everytime you call their office, the lady name karen will not help you also, she wont even listen when you are talking, she will interrupt you, very unprofessional, she will just promise you the same thing all over again. They didnt do a good job on our driveway as well, not just my driveway but to all of my neighbors who were from this builder. We had all the same issue with our driveway. I already warned all of my friends and coworkers who planned to buy a house this year to take the montorio out of their list, I dont want them to experience the same headache I had.!

    New Home

    The house we bought has good build quality. We had a couple of minor issues and Montorio Homes agreed to fixed it right away.

    Townhouse in Beaumont

    Moved into our Montorio Townhouse in Beaumont in February 2022. We are very pleased with the workmanship of our home. Any followup issues were dealt with quickly and everyone involved was great to work with. Highly recommend Montorio.

    House builders

    Just bought our second house from Montorio. The agent who helped us was wonderful. She did her best to make both purchases as smooth as possible. Was even taking my calls outside working hours. Really a master builder!
