    An Excellent Build

    We are quite pleased with our new Montorio home and with the service that we have received from the company. Questions and concerns we have had through the build were answered promptly. Staff interactions were friendly and positive (and the staff was patient through all). This is a quality home built to high standards and we would gladly recommend Montorio to anyone looking for a new home.

We are very pleased with the quality of the built . We got way much more than their competitors offered at the price we paid . I really would like to commend Walker Summit Sales staff and the draft team for their assistance through out the building process at the height of the pandemic.     new home

    Bought single-family new home with Montorio Builders. Highly recommend for their amazing customer service. They are very flexible and considerate in customer needs and make changes accordingly. Saja and Kristy helped us through the whole process and ensured our smooth transitioning. Happy to have builders who give awesome customer service even after possession, we appreciate Nicole's quick response to our queries. Five Stars!!!!!

    Post Construction Duct Cleaning

    Had our furnace ducts cleaned today. Company advised us the ducts were not cleaned after the house build: chunks of drywall and debris. How disappointing. One of the many problems with this company. I do not recommend.

    Custom homebuilder with great pricing!

    We started our journey with Montorio about a year ago and they have delivered at every step along the way. Very happy with the quality of construction and communication has been fairly good. Would definitely recommend to friends or family! Thank guys.

    New Build

    My Wife and I have purchased a new Montorio town home close to our kids and Grandson. We love this property and the build. Unfortunately there has been a bit of a delay with the garage siding due to unforeseen issues other than that it is more than expected, and the staff and contractors that we have met have been awesome.     Excellent service

    Excellent service by Rupinder Singh. She helped us to buy the dream house. Being first home buyers we didn't know the process and it was very smooth walk with montorio homes. We really appreciate their help Thank you montorio homes and Rupinder Singh

    New Custom Home

    I built a custom home with Montorio Homes in Trumpeter last summer. They were able to modify one of their floor plans, to achieve a floor plan that we searched long and hard for with other builders. I have nothing but positive things to say about this builder. They were open and honest throughout the build and was treated with professionalism and respect throughout the build. LOVE my new home! 10+ stars Montorio!
