    Floor to ceiling window system for our condo unit

    Can't say enough good things about our experience in working with Kris Alexander and his team at LongLife. Our project is rather complicated in that access to our unit is very restricted. The window systems were huge and each had to be moved in one piece. We were apprehensive when Kris estimated only 2 days to complete the project. We had estimates from other installers that indicated up to 10 days to finish the job. Josh came with a 4 man team and they clearly were very effective as each member knew his role in the project. Amazingly, the removal of the old window system and installation of the new ones were done within the committed 2 days period. They cleaned up our place immaculately each night and we did not have to move into a hotel. We love our new windows/doors and would highly recommend Long Life. Kris is very responsive and the pricing of his product is very competitive. That combined with excellent service makes for a winning combination. Well done. Ray

    Sliding door and balcony enclosure

    Really happy with the service from Longlife. The installation crew were great, answered all my questions, were tidy and completed the job to a very high level of quality. The door looks great and had flooded light into our dark kitchen/diner.

    Windows and Door

    After researching and comparing window companies, we decided to go with Long Life. Blaine is a great salesperson, really friendly and polite. After we place the order I sometimes felt that he wasn’t specific enough and a little bit ambiguous over the phone with his answers, I am glad I pushed to have everything in writing. So I had at the end almost everything I asked for. In general I am really pleased. The quality is great, I am really happy with our windows and door. We withhold a percentage of the last payment because we had a couple of deficiencies, at the end everything was resolved. I highly recommend Bernard and Sean. Bernard was so patient with all our questions. He helped me with his suggestions to decide with trim was going to look better and work better for our home. They were punctual, professional, friendly and 100% reliable. Thank you!

    Replacement Windows

    I am a Project Manager for a home renovation company, and I pride myself that my guys do better work than almost anyone in the industry. So I recognize exception craftsmanship and service when I see it. I had read the glowing reviews online about Bernard and Sean, and I can say without reservation that they live up to their reputation. Very easy guys to work with, punctual, neat and tidy, personable and most importantly they care about the work they do and the final product shows it. We replaced the windows back of our three story stucco home, and as you can see by the attached photo, some of the windows were a very difficult installation (three stories above ground and above a glass patio cover. Bernard and Sean handled this difficult job relatively easily (although it wasn't easy). The cost estimation and information provided by Paul was extremely well done, and the replacement proposal was the best of the four quotes we had. As an Engineer I was very interested in comparing the products among the local suppliers, and I was impressed with Vinyltek's product. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Long Life Windows and Doors, Vinyltek and Bernard and Shawn if you want to replace your windows. Wayne and Helen.

    Replacement windows and front entrance/door

    Paul thanks for your patience and guidance while we considered the various glass and door options for the project. Wow! The new picture windows and designer door/side windows at the front of the house far exceed our expectation. The best part of the project was the time Bernard and Shawn were with us installing the windows and door. Clear that they enjoyed their work and new audience for Bernard's jokes! (the smoked salmon was great!)

    First Floor Window Installation

    It is without reservation that I highly commend BERNARD and SEAN for the work that they've done in our home. They were punctual, hard-working and very pleasant to have around. Bernard's sense of humour was a bonus and Sean was an exceptionally polite young man. Thanks to both of you not only for the job well done but also for patiently answering my questions and for giving me great suggestions.

    Window Replacement

    I could not be more pleased with Long Life Windows and Doors, for every step involved in my window replacement project. I was impressed with the quality of the product and professionalism of the company when I stopped by the showroom to gather information. A colleague who is a high end contractor nodded approvingly when I said I was going to go with Long Life for the job. Measurements were perfect, and the installation was completed weeks ahead of schedule. And all of my neighbors have stopped to compliment and admire my new windows. I'm very happy to give my highest recommendation to Long Life Windows and Doors.

    Excellent Installation of Windows and Door

    We could not be more pleased with our windows and doors from Long Life Windows and Doors Ltd. Barnard and Shawn did a superb job in the installation of the windows and door in our house. They are professional, friendly, caring, accommodating, understanding, humorous and highly skilled in their work. They were able to be flexible with their work schedule since I work from home. They completed the four day project in advance of the projected deadline. We give Barnard and Shawn the highest recommendation for their work. Kris, Blaine and Zooey were also highly professional, patient and a pleasure to work with as we purchased the windows and door and had to reschedule the installation twice because of the cold weather. We highly recommend Long Life for anyone considering window and door installation or replacement.     Window Replacement

    Thank you to the exemplary installers and craftsman, Bernard and Shawn, who made the install week easy, despite uncooperative weather. Not only are they experienced craftsman who love what they do, they are great people, showing a great sense of humour, and pride in each other's work, while treating our home as if theirs, what more can one ask. The overall research and pre-decision experience with Long Life Windows in finalizing the replacement of 11 windows and a patio door was also easy and supportive. I would strongly recommend this company as a "must" to talk with.

    Window Replacement Project Done Very Well Indeed

    Long Life had great reviews on line, so I decided to give them a call. Communication before the project started was great. When the day came, I was expecting a crew of two to show up. Long Life arrived with a team of 5 people, all clearly experienced in their work. They were mindful of our pets, talked over how to proceed over the two days of work, did everything fast and well, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I highly recommend Long Life to everyone considering or needing window replacement or new construction.
