    New Doors

    Paul was very helpful when we made our selections, and arranging an installation time that fit our scheduled. Bernard (installer) came to do the final measurement, and we were also very comfortable with him. Bernard and Shawn are excellent trades people and have an extremely conscientious work ethic. They were very friendly and a pleasure to have around the house. They had done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the entire project.

    Replacing all the windows and sliding door, and fix rotted area

    We were very comfortable when dealing with Blaine in doing the initial measurement and quote. Bernard (installer) came to do the final measurement, and we were also very comfortable with him. Bernard and Sean are excellent trades people and have an extremely conscientious work ethic. They were very friendly and a pleasure to have around the house. They had done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the entire project. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

    Window Replacement for whole house

    Long Life did an amazing job of replacing the 34 windows in our house. From the sales process through the measuring and installation process Long Life was professional, timely and attentive to all details for the job. They answered all our questions with the appropriate level of detail. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail with installation and finishing of the window trim. We have several combination windows that needed individual alignment and alignment between all the other windows in the row. A great job was done! We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the project.

    WINDOWS REPLACEMENT

    In short, Long Life Window's and Doors provided my wife and I with exceptional service and a top quality product. To start, part-owner Paul, provided us with multiple options to replace three very large, multi-opening windows in our home. His installing crew were able to do the work earlier than scheduled and their finishing work was very very clean. I am very picky about window-trim work and clean caulking lines! The windows themselves are the Vinyltek, a top vinyl window brand. One of the windows Long Life replaced was a 7ft x 8ft vinyl window installed only 6 years ago by another company (all three openers failed) which installed a cheaper brand I was trying to save some money with. A costly mistake on my part. We are extremely happy with Long Life Windows & Doors and highly recommend them.

    Installation of 5 windows and a skylight repair/reno job

    My husband and I are so pleased with a recent window replacement job we had done at our home. From our initial meeting with Kris to discuss the type of windows thru installation done by Bernard and Shaun, we would like to extend a big thank you. To Bernard especially, working in a skylight well on one of the hottest days of the year with no air circulation and in a tight spot, a smile on your face the whole time, merci, you are amazing! It was a pleasure doing business with such a fine group of people. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you should anyone we know need new windows or doors...................Kind Regards, Terry and Mo

    Replaced all the windows in our house

    I can't say enough good things about Paul, our main contact from beginning to end, Bernard and Shaun, the installers and Zooey at the office. I think it's fair to say it's been the best experience we've had with hiring professional contractors to do a job. I wish we could hire them for everything we need done around the house. They were always polite, respectful, responsive and absolutely insistent on doing a top quality job, which they did. We love the new windows. Our new patio door, especially, invites us to go outside now. We noticed immediately how the new windows keep the heat out. I also really appreciated Paul not getting tired of all my questions. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for being the best example out there of how to treat one's customers.

    install all new windows

    I had finally made the decision to get all new windows(30) and two patio sliding doors. My house has so many windows so I had to make sure I felt good about who I would get to do the job. After reviewing other companies and talking to Paul I knew I had made the right decision. He was so honest and helpful during the initial process. Once my windows were ready Josh and his crew were quickly in action. They did an amazing job!!! It was so easy to have them around. They were all really pleasant and had a great sense of humour. They worked so hard and I could not believe a job this big could be done so efficiently and really no that inconvenient either. And Victoria did an amazing job keeping everything so tidy and clean. My house looks amazing and I cannot thank you all enough for such a super job. I would not hesitate to recommend Long Life windows to anyone. Janice

    Home window installation

    Hi there, Bernard and Sean were the window installers for our home in Langley. They were amazing! Very friendly, excellent craftsmen, and new what they were doing. They worked very well as a team and in 2 1/2 days they properly installed 14 windows with trim and drip edge. Thanks to Paul Sanders, one of the owners of Long Life, for hooking us up with such a professional team and giving us a great deal on this great window package.     windows for house

    From our original phone call to the windows being completed this company was EXCELLENT. Paul Saunders was very honest, knowledgeable,and helpful . Bernard and Shaun were our installers and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were always respectful and professional and obviously were masters at their craft. The job was done quickly and looked beautiful when they were done. I am very pleased with everyone we met with this company and would highly recommend them. Thank you all Gail and Rudi
