    Replacing Windows

    Received 4 quotes and only felt comfortable with Long Life. Others were less expensive but once I saw my options, I saw much more quality and more detail in Long Life Windows. They did everything that they promised and much more. Massive improvement – Inside and Outside. Zero complaints…Tones of recommendation!

    26 New Exterior Windows and Sliding doors

    Paul our sales agent was very knowledgeable about the windows and what style would meet our needs. We had 6 different quotes and it became obvious that many other salespeople did not understand the finishing issues and complexities of installing windows on an existing home. Windows were installed on time and as promised. Bernard and his install crew did careful, quality work.

    We replaced every window in our house.

    We got several quotes and chose Long Life because of their product knowledge, their service and their obvious commitment to building customer relationships. Everything went exactly as promised and their follow-up was terrific. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

    Installation of New Energy Star 20 Vinyltek Windows + a Paio Door + 2 Doors

    I can honestly say I've never written a review about anything before because I have never been completely satisfied with the job being done. However, I feel that Peter Wright, Randy, and the rest of the Long Life crew deserve to be recognized for the outstanding work that they do. With good educational information, Peter Wright was very pleasant to work with, honest, knowledgeable, helpful,and very dependable. Randy and his co-worker are very skillful, friendly, couteous, respectful,and efficient. Long Life did an awesome job from start to finish. The house was left clean. We feel comfortable that the quality of the products were good and the workmanship and company followup were both performed at a high level of calibre. On the whole, it has greatly exceeded my expectation. I defninitly recommand this company to others! Well done!

    Window replacement

    Replaced 12 traditional leaded windows with thermo pane interior leaded matrix inlay windows. Impressed with professional approach and the quality of the installation and the manufacture of the customized windows. The replacement windows maintain the character of the original leaded windows, eliminates the exterior noise and reduces the overall heating costs.

    Windows & Doors

    We were very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Paul S. from Long Life was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Bernard and his crew came and went in less than 2 days! The 17 new windows and 2 doors look great! We've had lots of compliments from neighbours and friends. The donation to CKNW Orphan's fund on our behalf was a pleasant surprise. We've already recommended co-workers to give Long Life a call.

    Window replacement

    So accommodating and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Customer service above average, a joy to deal with. The contractors went above and beyond on the installation. They helped out a few neighbors. They are understanding and personable.

    15 windows and one patio door.

    I can't say enough good things about Long Life! I believe we not only purchased the best windows available but that they were installed by the best crew on the planet. Robert and his crew were not only extremely polite and knowledgeable, they were perfectionists. I was also impressed by the fact that safety precautions were taken, ie: ear and eye protection, proper footwear and scaffolding. This stressed to me the fact that long Life really does things right. We noticed an immediate change in the heating and condensation issues from our old windows. The owner, Pat, came by to check on the progress. How many companies do that?! Each day the site was cleaned up before they left, an important factor with a puppy around. When the job was finished I think we could have eaten off the garage floor, not to mention the rest of the house. I'm sure they worked in nicer homes, but they treated mine with the care they would their own, very respectful. I see why there were no complaints against the company with the Better Business Bureau. The donation on our behalf to CKNW childrens fund stresses that they give back to the community. I'm so happy one of our neighbor's recommended them to us. A 10 does not give this company justice and I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Long Life window replacement

    Bernard and his crew of three from Long Life replaced our windows with vinyl framed windows promptly and efficiently. Our house looks great and best of all the windows have already made a difference in keeping the heat in and noise out. Long Life replaced our upstairs windows 17 years ago, and my wife and I were so happy with their work at the time that we had to have our basement windows done by them too. Long Life really knows how to replace windows; we'd recommend them to anyone who wants the best in the business.

    New windows and french door

    We initially had most of our windows replaced by Long Life 12 years ago, with the job completed without a single problem with the installation or with their products. We wanted to replace the one remaining original window and put in a french door so our natural choice was to go with the company we knew and trusted. Long Life did not let us down. Long Life installed our window and door on time, with two extremely pleasant and professional workers completing the job perfectly. I was also very surprised to find a tax receipt in our name from their support of CKNW Orphan's Fund. Another reason why it has been a privilege to be a repeat customer to this excellent business.
