I am amending my initial review. I believe I may have come off way to harsh for the level of work and craftsmanship I did receive on my residential irrigation system install.
I am satisfied with Naiad Irrigation and their services. Myles was very pleasant to deal with and very professional, which is one of the main reasons I decided to go with Naiad.
The Naiad Technician that did my 30 day walk thru was also very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Needless to say some very excellent people working for Naiad!
I did have one issue that became very clear during the summer and that was one area of grass didn’t seem to be receiving enough water.
During my 30 day walk thru, a couple of options were discussed including adding an extra sprinkler head to accommodate the dry area. Sadly, it was at this time that it was pointed out that my system only had 2 zones and the zone in question was maxed out and the water pressure for the zone was borderline low. The only available option left to do was to adjust a couple of sprinkler heads to overspray the area to give enough coverage to water the area but this remedy causes the sprinkler heads to not only water the grass but also the sidewalk causing excess water wastage.
I really don’t understand why the system was designed this way? It leaves no room for any potential future upgrades. Had I have been given the option for a 3rd zone, I am sure I would have opted for the extra zone even if this meant incurring extra charges.
Bottom Line - Naiad Irrigation definitely knows what they are doing. They are very affordable, professional and fast when it comes to doing a job.
