    Naiad Fall Blow Out

    Naiad has excellent customer service. They are very responsive to the customer's needs and are proactive in arranging required service. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. From the office staff to the technicians, Naiad has put together a team to be proud of. Excellent company!

    Sprinkler Repairs And Blowout Service

    We have been using Naiad for 3 years now and are very impressed indeed with their service! They came out the next day to repair our system in the Summer this year and as always the office workers and crew were very pleasant, polite and professional. The Blowout service is excellent, completely reliable and competitively priced. I have recommended them as they were recommended to us and will continue to do so!!

    Irrigation System Winterization

    Exceptional service! Myles Sidorak's team installed our irrigation system in 2011 and we have been very satisfied with everything including the estimate process, installation, follow-up and maintenance service. We highly recommend NAIAD.

    Winterization of Sprinkler System

    The winterization for my underground sprinkler system was free this year as I just had it installed this past June (1st one is free). Like everything else in dealing with Naiad it went seamless. I plan on getting them to do it every year as well as opening it in the Spring. It is their system and they are the experts so why trust someone else to do it and to do it right.

    irrigation blowout

    Naiad did the irrigation blowout for winter for us. They came on time as promised, and were pro-active at reminding us about the service. As well they are excellent about emailing about startup procedures each spring.

    Fall Sprinkler Blowout

    I had called another irrigation company before I called Naiad, to book my fall sprinkler blowout, to be told by the receptionist that someone would call me back to book in 2 days. A week went by and I heard nothing. I had driven by one of the Naiad trucks and looked them up online when I got home. Their website was very professional, so I decided to give them a call to book. The lady that booked my appointment (I think it was Sharon) was absolutely a pleasure to speak to! She booked my appointment right there, went over the cost, and gave me some info about the blowout. On the day I was supposed to have the blowout, we had a freak snowstorm; I promptly received an email from Naiad letting me know that although they might be late due to weather, they will get the blow out done as soon as they can - I thought this was awesome! They came the next day! I love seeing businesses put pride in what they do; I would refer Naiad to anyone and I will never use another irrigation company ever again :) Thanks for the great service and great job!

    Fall blowout

    First time having Naiad come out. I was impressed by the service and the price. They came out, blew out the system and sent me a detailed invoice with work completed.

    Winter sprinkler blowout

    I have used Naiad for 3 years now and am always very impressed that they do the work on the day they schedule. They remind me that they are coming and there is no disturbance to the yard. I'll be signing up again next year.

    Sprinkler Blowout

    Naiad showed up when they said they would and completed the sprinkler blowout quickly. They made sure that none of my vegetation was damaged and are very good communicators as to when they would be arriving.

    Sprinkler blow out

    We use Naiad every year and we are always very happy with the results. They consistently show up on time, do a great job and are a pleasure to work with!
