large residential irrigation installation
I am very pleased with Naiad's recent installation. I was particularly impressed by Myles Sidorak's straight forward and professional approach to conducting his business including the quoting process and his friendly and knowledgable installation crew. I have no hesitation to recommend Naiad to anybody contemplating the installation of an irrigation system..

irrigation system and winterizing
These guys are great! They come on time, they know what they are doing, they have a great organized system for bookings. Extremely friendly customer service. The prices are comparable to others but we always call them because of the reliability of the service that they offer!!! Definitely recommend them!

The quality of work and customer service provided by the team at Naiad is outstanding. I would definitely use them in other projects and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an irrigation system. Naiad team members strive on professionalism. Great value too.

Irrigation Maintenance & Snow Removal
Myles has been doing fall blowouts and repairs at my parents house since his first year in business, they have had zero issues. For the past ten years he has been doing blowouts at my own home, and every spring there isn't a repair to be made (Myles takes the time to get all the water out of the system, thus nothing there that can freeze up causing damage). This past winter I needed to engage Naiad to do a short term snow removal contract and again no issues; were there when they said they would, did the work they said they would every day. With a senior with very limited mobility living with us, the peace of mind knowing it was safe (no ice or snow on the walk) for him to get the paper every morning while we were gone was comforting. I have in the past, and continue to this day to refer Naiad to others. Myles is honest, straight forward, and fair.

Underground Sprinkler System
NAIAD has installed irrigation systems both in my last home and my current one. They designed the system for me, and made recommendations which allowed me to save water, which is important to me, and money, which is really important to me! In addition, they have been performing fall blowouts for us for several years. Myles and his team are trustworthy, cost effective and punctual. Definitely knowledgeable service professionals. Thanks for a trouble free system!

irrigation system
Naiad installed an irrigantion system for my office in a converted house in the west downtown during a period of constant rainfall in the late summer-fall of 2010. After the install it became apparent that the City of Calgary water lines had been installed in 1911 and that the volume of water deliverable was much lower than the pressure indicated. Naiad came back, re-installed the sprinkler heads to make the system work as well as possible, refused payment for the job because they had not initially noted the low volume issue, and only accepted a reduced payment when I insisted. I had five estimates from different contractors and chose Naiad because they exhibited the most professional demeanour. None of the other contractors noted the low volume either. I would highly recommend this firm to others based on the fact that Naiad lives up to its professional demeanour.

Installation of irrigations system - 5 sprinkler zones and 3 drip-line zones
Naiad installed our Hunter irrigation system in fall 2008 and it went operational in spring 2009. Initial system had 5 sprinkler zones and 3 drip-line zones with a Hunter XC controller and a Rain-Clik sensor. Excellent installation with outstanding results for our large lawn/graden/shrubs. In spring 2010 we upgraded the timer to the Hunter X-Core and also installed the new Solar Sync sensor. We now have a cost-effective, water efficient irrigation system. Great work from Naiad and the Hunter equipment is excellent and easy to operate.

In-ground lawn irrigation
Best Customer Service ever! Exceptional, professional, responsible, reliable. Miles is enthusiastic about the entire deal! He's friendly, truthful, to the point of giving us information on some of the other companies we were getting quotes from! The "MP Rotator" heads he recommended do exactly what he said they'd do; save money, work extremely effeciently, saving water. It truly was a pleasure having Miles and his crew here. We highly recommend this company 100%

Install service and maintain irrigation systems in my current and past residence
Myles and his team at Naiad Irrigation have been taking care of my residential irrigation system since the company was established. In my previous residence Myles did the installation and annual blow outs. I would say he serviced the system as well, but in the five years I live there I never experienced one problem!!!! He recently did the install in my new house as well, his guys were extremely fast, friendly and wonderful to work with. After the sod went in there were a few adjustements to be made and his guys were there right away to make sure everything was working as it should and that I understood the system. I would, and already have recommended Myles and his team to my friends and family!!

Sprinkler maintenance
Naiad Irrigation Systems has maintained my sprinkler system for the past 3 years. Their work, whether it is repairs or just general maintenance has always been first-rate. The employees of Naiad are very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend Naiad Irrigation Systems to friends and family.
